Ordered furniture in may and here it is October and I’m still waiting on the footboard to my dang bed this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company .

These guys provided top notch service delivering my new furniture. They arrived when they said they would and handled my new purchases with care. They were very pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend Ashley furniture to anyone looking to buy new furniture.

Great place as far as I know the furniture is really nice, from what I seen I just started working there as delivery driver and will highly recommend this place to family and friends and I will shop here myself in the future...

The young men who completed the delivery were very professional. They called to say that I could get an early delivery.

Bought $21000 in furniture. Bought warranty for furniture. Furniture started falling apart. Not even a year old. They said the warranty doesn’t cover it. So my advice is don’t waste time on warranty.and remember there nice to you when your spending your hard earned money in there.but after words they don’t care about you any more.

A deceased friends son worked there for several years and didnt have good stories to tell. I went there once as a customer and was not treated well either. Not my idea of friendly folks.

The employees here are very well mannered and polite to their customers rather its for a pick up, delivery, or a simple phone call. The people working the front desk are very knowledgeable and will always have an answer for any question or concern you may have. The delivery drivers assemble your furniture for you and take your old mattress with them if a new one was purchased. Customer service is no doubt 5 stars.

Great Help and Service. They people there are nice and willing to help. I would recommend to anyone.

Did a Great Job helping load the New Furniture we got today. Thank Ashley for the Great Job.

Just because I declined to have the furniture delivered, I had to sign a document stating that the furniture was in good condition at the time of pickup and I wave my right to return it in case it was damage. Well guess what, the furniture was damage, it was only a couple boxes, nothing big. When I opened the box to put it together part of furniture was damage. Never again Ashley.

The lady that worked at the desk didn’t have one word to say. She didn’t speak to us or the guy who gave her paperwork. Uncomfortably unspoken... the warehouse employees were extremely nice but she made it an awkward experience.
