Absolute trash. People who own this, who work here, and who shops here should be absolutely embarrassed. Black mold is the only thing holding the walls together IN THE MEAT FREEZER!!!

This place use to be nice....the produced is not great. Ive been coming to this store since a child. Pretty good selection of meats wtc..Whoever the blonde lady is that is always on a smoke break when the store is busy comes back and forth out from the back with one items as a time to look busy. Is an horrible employee. I think she in management but its not a good look.

I have been going to this store for years. All the employees are nice and very helpful. With the new opening of Renfros, I really thought I may be using them less, but not the case. Rainbows has stayed a constant. The friendly service and the mom and pop atmosphere has never changed and I do hope they stay around for a long time. The new store Renfros has forgotten the one element needed to be a success, Customer Service. I was in that store one time and the rudeness of that customer service, and throwing your items around, I will never be back. So here is to the small town of Phenix City on 431 bypass Rainbows!!!!

Rainbow foods are neighborhood markets, and I support local businesses so i go there as often as I can. They are something out of the 70s (?) and obviously havent had any remodeling done since then. Their prices are moderate, and the selection is iffy. The staff however is what makes the store shine. There are plenty of staff people to help you locate what youre looking for, and they do a great job of that. Cashiers are friendly, efficient, and professional. The markets are convenient so one can drop in for a quick pick up, if needed.

Good prices on meats and cheeses. Most of their prices on other things are fair. Right off the highway, if you are out in Seale, Alabama it is the closest place to get Blue Bell ice cream, and I just bought some today for a great price! Five dollars a gallon, but that is a sales price. The store isnt always the cleanest and it is a little dated but other than that its a good store. Thanks for reading my review and have a nice day.

Truly overpriced items. They take advantage of lack of competition and elevate the prices. I only good there for last minute items...ie...out of eggs or milk...and its a last resort
