Always a great experience. Staff is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience passed down by generations. One of the few barber supply stores left that service clippers, shears etc. And know what theyre doing 👌

Was turned on to this place by my barber brother and mentor Faheem. Had my trimmers done by these guys and I was impressed completely. Blades was on point, so I would clearly recommend this business for anyone. Supplies and at very reasonable prices better than the barber supply guy that come to the barber shop. I definitely found a place where I am going for my supplies.

Used this place all the time when I lived in Philly. I recently made my way back to drop off a few pairs of clippers and trimmers Bc after some bad experiences in the burbs I figured it was worth the drive. It sure was. Great customer service. The guy was super knowledgeable. Everything was done to perfection. Best place hands down for all your clipper/scissor needs

Been using Schneider since day one of Grooming 11years. Recently I had my K9ll blow dryer service by them (the dryer wouldnt come on) and they called told me I needed to have one of the motors replaced (these dryer have 2motors Im them) told me what it would cost $150 and I decided to have them fix it. So now 4 months later the dryer began to blow out a dark smoke(Carbon) while drying took it back and the called like 2 hours later and said it was fixed and no charge. Great & thanks used it the next day and its not working doing the same thing and they say its not the new motor and it is not the one they put in.🤦‍♀️ the way he talked to me so super short and defensive talk to me like I accuse them of something and basically told me it was nothing more they could and they did everything they could do. Said it was fixed when they called me. Ive never felt more dismissed and not appreciated as a long time customers. I will never go back again!!!!

Great place! They always have knowledgeable and helpful people working behind the counter. These dudes know their stuff. If they dont have what you are looking for they can probably order it out of the catalog and have it in a couple of days. Probably wouldnt go many other places if I needed quality barber supplies.

I have used M. Schneider and Sons to sharpen my horses clipper blades for several years now. They always do a great job and return the blades to me promptly. I highly recommend them.

This is the best Clipper place in Philadelphia they do very very good work. I have been with them as a customer for a number of years.

I was excited to find this place since its the only place in Philly that I could find to service a repair job on my trimmers. The shop is family owned and operated and when I arrived Nancy was really nice and helpful. I was even told that my the work order would possibly be finished same day! I called the shop later on that afternoon and spoke with Glenn, the guy who worked on my trimmers. Unfortunately Glenns customer service skills arent up to par with his other skill set because he was extremely rude and offensive while trying to explain that my preexisting blades were crap and that whom ever modified them didnt know what they were doing. However, I didnt come to the shop for blade sharpening at all, which then I realized he took it upon himself to sharpen my blades after I had explained to Nancy that I had bought them sharpened and they wouldnt need to be sharpened. When I arrived to the store to pick up my trimmers, I had address Glenn about his rudeness over the phone. He didnt even think to try to smooth over the situation to sway me into possibly being a returning customer. I would come back only if the customer service improves.

Went in to browse the store because a few of my colleagues told me they had a great experience with a reasonable price . Went in bought $300 worth of stuff and they gave me 6 clippers condoms for free . These guys are legit and is willing to work with you

I was completely disappointed after being a customer for over 10 years how I was told I dont need your business simply because I asked him to a just a clipper to where I thought it should be adjusted for my clients I will never ever support anything this company does I was told I do not need your business go find another place to get your clippers fixed I will never ever advise anyone to be there I wish I didnt have toI need it him to simply a just a play to where I felt as though it should be because he modified a clipper that I didnt feel comfortable adjusting I would have never came back to have him adjust the blade except for the reason that the blade fell out was because it was modify the treated me with uttered this respect
