The manager and sales lady were very nice and helpful. I would recommend that Sallys to my friends and family.
Terrible experience, had a order for pick up it took 30 mins for the cashier to complete the process while corporate was in the store ! That’s unacceptable. Pickup should be faster than shopping in store cashier had terrible condescending Attitude

Im not a happy customer at all. I went into this store spent almost $80 and they actually asked me if I wanted to pay 15 cents for a bag or would i like to carry it out I looked at the gentleman and was shocked by what he just asked me. I told him are you serious and he said yes but its not him its the company new regulation. Do you know how bad I wanted to walk out the store without purchasing anything they lucky this stuff is for my daughter since shes learning how to do womans hair with weaves. Oh and NO I didnt purchase the bag I walked my butt right out with the purchases.
NEVER AGAIN.I Came in with some questions about hair products because I had royally messed up my hair color with box dye. I asked for recommendations for maybe about five or six products ranging from products to get some of the messed up color out of my hair to what kind of hair color I should put back in and how to moisturize my hair to reverse some of the damage that I had done to it. At that point (even though I still had a few more questions about the steps of the process she told me to follow) she turned to me and said “ok well, I think I catered to you MORE than enough now, so I’m just gonna go” and she walked away. The store was empty except for one other customer and another employee (that was almost just as inconvenienced by my presence as the one that I was dealing with directly.) From that point on it got even weirder as she kept following me around, asking (super snobby and inconvenienced) if everything was all right, if I was finding everything OK, if I could let her know when I was ready to pay (yea, she REALLY went there, and even took it upon herself to let me know that the stuff in my shopping basket was approaching $50). So first she tells me I’ve taken up too much of her time, then she just continued following me around, standing nearby, literally just lurking. I accidentally knocked over a tiny bottle of something from the very bottom shelf and it fell very lightly onto the floor and I picked it right up and put it right back in its place but she did not hesitate to run over like a madwoman and was so rude and condescending like “is everything ok??? How are we doing over here? Are we ok??” And if I did actually ask a beauty or product question when she would periodically come harass me (yes it was becoming harassment, this lady would not leave me alone! If she wasn’t coming up to me saying something unsolicited, she was standing there staring at me a few feet away.) It was so creepy and uncomfortable that I hurried up and left. I probably would have bought a lot more items had this whole situation not occurred. It was absolutely awful.
The staff are always helpful and I never have an issue in finding what I need here. Great store.

I went to this store and it was 10min before closing mind you google says they close at 9pm but they actually close at 8:30pm I went in only for 2 things black hair dye and a face mask. The women at the register was rude. All she said when I walked in was we’re closing in 5 min. No hello how are you or how may I help you nothing. I said ok I only need 2 things can you help me, I need black hair dye she points up the isles and says it’s back there. You would think if she wanted to close so bad she would walk with me and direct me to get the hair dye so I can get out faster. Then I asked her and a guy that was with her up front for assistance To find the face mask because my sister said they sell them there and all they said is we’re closing in 2 min with a nasty attitude. Not neither one of them tried to come back to help me in any way shape or form.. I was disgusted in their customer service. I mean I understand they were trying to close but all I needed was black hair dye and a face mask I had a picture of. They didn’t try to look at the picture or help me find the best hair dye. I left this store with my baby in my arms so upset and felt like I was nothing after this experience. And to top it off they never even said have a good night good bye or anything. I mean how rude was that. I never experienced this type of service at Sally’s before and I am very disappointment with my visit to this store. What ever happened to the customer is always right!!!
They have horrible customer service !Both ladies gave me attitudes when I asked them for help. They also were making fun of other customers behind their backs while I’m checking out . Just horrible they should be fired!
I like this location of Sallys Beauty employees there are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their product and sell they help me lead me to the right product that I needed without having me over spend for what I needed

I visited a few months ago. I didnt like the selection of natural hair products too much and the sales people didnt offer help. They didnt do the usual can I help you find anything?. I also didnt bother asking though because I was looking for natural hair products a didnt think they could help. Overall, the store was small and basic. They had other products, just not what I was looking for.
The hours are listed wrong for this location listing. The store actually closes at 8:30pm. I recently went there, thinking it was open later, based on what Google Places showed. Luckily, the courteous employee working at the front register let me in, and on top of that, was extremely helpful and patient. This was even though the store was technically closed when I was still there shopping. Excellent service and a lot of products available. Ignore other poor reviews about the service or hours, its not the customer service/cashiers fault, rather the onus is on the management team for the company at this location to update the correct information on Google for their hours.
