Its ok but it does has nice wigs to choose from. They are lacking ear lobe sticky when you wear too heavy earrings and it uplift your hole in the ears so I got it somewhere else in Philadelphia and not good selection of colors for crochet hair.

Very nice, cleaning organized. There was a nice young lady in the back helping if you had questions. They did not have what I was looking for in stock so thats the 4 out of five stars. Plus without the lady this store customer service was a little dry. But would go back an try again.

They have a fairly good amount of selections for almost anything youll need, BUT make sure you hold on to your receipt and box if you buy anything electrical. A bought a flat iron and it became so hot on my first use that it melted the actual casing of the flat iron around it! While I didnt save the box, I did save the receipt and manual and was happy to receive the store credit that they offered.

Prices are variable, and sometimes slightly high, however with their customer service, as well as selection ...this place remains a must see. They also offer a wonderful array of products like cosmetics. A beautiful costume jewelry display case that displays pieces from simple to elegant. Im sure you will find multiple options that will fit any outfit you decide to wear at your special event .You wont be disappointed.

The owner and his staff follows black people around the store. Every-time I come in there I feel really uncomfortable. All black people don’t steal. I will never go back

Not friendly, but they did have what I was looking for. I did not see any workers to help you out, maybe I arrived at a bad time. I would of spent more money, if I thought that I was not bothering them. Customer skills is a must for me.

Has all the products you can possibly imagine. Sooo many choices. I’ve been going here for about 2-3 years. However the items are very overpriced. A lot of products costs double the price here. For example I purchased a $17.99 Shea moisture hair conditioner and then found out that it was $8.99 at Walmart and target.

They have most major hair care products and wigs and hair weaves. Parking is good in the rear of the mall.

Couldn’t return or exchange a ponytail I bought one day before. Didn’t like the actitud of this lady and I don’t think I will ever buy anything there again.

This is the only beauty supply store in my neighborhood. So, while I thought their prices were a bit high, I went there often. Ive spent thousands of dollars in this store over the past three years. I purchased a bottle of weave glue from them that was old and ruined the hair that I purchased. I went back to them and told them about my experience. I wasnt expecting a refund, I just wanted them to know what happened. I think the owner thought I wanted a refund and told me that he could not help me with no receipt. I did not want a refund, but the fact that they would be unwilling to replace a bottle of glue that cost 1$, when I spend hundreds there every month rubbed me wrong way. I will never go there again. Their customer service is horrible and the only thing the girls there work on are their personal conversations. Save your money and drive elsewhere.

This store is amazing ! Very helpful the young girl thats works there has a lot of knowledge about how to care for hair e.t.c. Ive been coming here for years she knows how to get me in an out with great hair an products. I always notice during my time in here customers are very rude an disrespectful when it comes to her. I feel its best to leave your issues at the door instead of placing your frustrations on someone that dont deserve it. I cant agree with the other comments sorry.

This place is the worst. I walk in and the man in the back is looking at me from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. The lady at the front is rude and acts as if she doesn’t want to talk. I love it here

Its a bad experience everytime I go there. They make u pay for a cap, whether u purchase something or not. They care too much about money. Beauty supplies should be blacked owned. We need to stop letting other ppl make money off of our beauty necessities.

Even though I gave it 4 stars the young lady that worked there in the back had a very very bad work ethic. I over heard her in her phone talking very badly. She didnt want customers to be sent to her for help. She was talking in her phone instead of making herself available to help when we came to the back of the store. After we found what we wanted. I walked back to her sitting with her legs crossed texting and playing with her phone. I decided to ask her what I needed to know even though I heard her terrible comments on the phone. She then was very nice and accommodating. The owner was nice to me though. 😕

Lack of customer service. The Asian lady acts more like a security guard than sales person. She is not knowledgable of different hair types or products. There was a young lady assisting to an extent but looked and act as if you were taking up her time to be.... I dont know where else. No one was in there.

VERY RUDE!! The owner is THE WORST! I came all the way from Willow Grove...I still had 10 minutes to get what I needed (I even had a picture from the box of the wig that I previously had in my hand.) As soon as I walked in the owner said closing. He kept telling me no. The lady at the counter asked me what I needed and I showed her the picture. She claimed that their hair girl was not there. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Over the years, they have been my go to hair store. Today, they lost a great customer. They sold me a USED curling iron, I did not know it was used until I opened the box, the curling iron was sticky from some sort of hair glue or gel. When I took it back, they refused to exchange the item saying I had opened it. I kust didnt repackage to show that the item was used, but the bix and item was as I recieved them.

A horrible experience. Came to exchange a product and they would not allow me to do so. I was not told to have a receipt when I made the purchase just to make sure it was not opened. The woman at the register was very rude, abrasive and combative. She should not be in the front of the store working with the people at all. I never had this problem here but will never be back. I mean never!!!!!

Horrible just horrible customer service! I want in there and there is only one sales person to help you. The other two possible owners they dont do anything but point towards the girl. The girl was on the phone when I got in there. I had to stop to check to make sure that she worked there because she was on her phone literally holding a phone conversation. I was thinking that perhaps she would tell the person on the phone that she would call them back or to hold on, NO I was wrong. She continued her conversations while pretending to look for what I asked her for. After a few minutes she just basically said no we dont have that. I said okay fine. I left the store went to Cinnabon purchase what I was going to get down there and came back to the beauty store figuring that I would look around again to see if they had it. The girl was still on the phone. So unprofessional so rude. I for one will never come to the store again and no I didnt purchase anything. If you cant take the time to have customer service skills or even assist me, no Im not spending my money in your establishment.

Monday I bought a trimming machine, it was damaged so it left me savere cuts to the point I bled 4 different spots... so I returned it within 5 days. Meanwhile while visiting for the 2nd time to return they end up telling me they dont do returns and cant give me back my money. Family owned company with horrible customer service and policy! Smh never will I ever buy from this store with cheap Materials, products and wigs!!!! I hope this review helps millions of other people who visit franklin Mills (Philadelphia mills) P.S. so I let them keep the product and the money. I dont need it. Clearly they do. (They look like there running out of business anyways)
