Follow up: the email you sent me to follow up at no longer works. You are just the worst chain, my goodness.What kind of 24 hour store isn’t open 24 hours? Employee sitting right there doing nothing with the doors locked. Just like Philadelphia smh

I call the store a 3 something was given info my prescription will be ready in two hours called about 7 something still not ready was given info it would be ready tonight. Its now 11:00 pm still no call or text. I do need my meds. But darn like I do want to feel better ASAP.

Sann Leang the 2nd Shift manager for the pharmacy department at rite aid on Lehigh was so unprofessional and a liar. He said my father’s medication couldn’t be prescribed for his Diverticulitis because the doctor prescribed a strong dosage. Without verifying from the doctor himself he refused to call the doctor himself. We had to get my father from his house which at the time he was bedridden resting just to get his medication. By the time we got here it was 9pm. Sann saw our father, we gave him paperwork from the doctor told him to call him and he still refuse to give us the medication our father needed. It’s sad we have to deal with the fact that somebody didn’t do their job and cared for the patients well being. He is horrible.

Went in to buy body wash tonight at 10pm but the aisle was completely closed down with a locked gate. The cashier than explained that the aisle would be opened again at 6am! They have a security guard on duty yet they have an entire aisle of products unavailable for purchase. Im completely baffled by the situation.Had to go to another store instead to purchase the products

I waiting 9 hour for my prescription to be filled I came back five time and they told me to come back in and hour and when I came back to make matters worst I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told to come back

Very disrespectful and unprofessional kids working there rather go to any other RITE AID before there and they right up the street from me. Ridiculous

I came here to buy some DayQuil and when I went to the cashier to pay they told me that I needed my I.D to purchase it Ive never heard anything more ridiculous in my life since when am I required to show my I.D just to buy something like DayQuil? next time Im going to Walmart to buy it at least they dont ask you for I.D

Very nice and helpful employees. But security had his face in his phone the whole time, if youre a thief this rite aid is the perfect spot.

This location has self-check out. Other than the homeless guy out front, no one bothers you and you can get in and out in no time.

I like this place a lot because it has Amazon pickup lockers I can have on my Amazon purchases delivered there now and its close to my house.

Samarah was so pleasant! She was very knowledgeable about the products in-store, very helpful in showing me where I needed to go...not just telling me! I had questions and she did not make me feel like I was a bother. This wonderful young woman made this a very pleasant visit for me! Thank you Samarah! I should have written this last week!

This is the WORST rite aid I have ever been to. I went in to return a couple things that my mom had purchased but no longer needed them. I was told that they cant do any returns because of all the theft going on. After I explained that I am not a criminal and did not steal these items the manager got extremely rude and told me to go to another store and return them. I asked for the store number and she said she doesnt know it and told me to google it. Very unpleasant and unprofessional . I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone. Go to the one up the street from here.

Im not going to blame the whole store but Im blaming the staff, on Saturday January 19th 2019 I went into rite aid on 260 W Lehigh Ave. I bought a notebook, and pens. I also bought a PayPal prepaid Mastercard that I was going to use to order some things I needed. I asked if the clerk could put all the change from my 100 dollar bill on the card and she acted as of it would be difficult. She asked me if I had a rite-aid card for discounts and I said no and she gave me a number to use for a discount. Then she still act as if theres a problem with putting the money on the card. She then asks for help from the manager at the store, the manager comes and touches something on the computer and leaves, she didnt help her with anything in my understanding. So then the lady ringing me up says that it would be better if I put a less amount on the card so I agreed and went down to 70 dollars, now she rings me up and hands me my receipt and I leave. I get home try the card it doesnt work now Im furious because i really need to do things with this money, I go back and she tells me to wait about an hour or so for the money to go through, so I leave and wait. Still I have nothing so I try to calm my self down and just be patient. It now January 20th 2019, 7 AM and the card still wont work, it wont activate, when I called the people from PayPal yesterday they even told me that there was a problem with the transaction. So I tell them that at the rite aid. The same lady that gave it to me was there and she called the other lady and specifically said another card isnt working, that sentance itself shows me that the staff/employees at the 260 W Lehigh ave Rite Aid are careless, and dont have any experience in customer service or care. Also after all of that I still dont have my 70 dollars on my card or in cash. I basically got robbed by Rite Aid. Please dont make the same mistake by going to this Rite Aid for any gift cards or prepaid cards, they are a scam. Im now sitting her 70 dollars short with no cash in my pockets to buy what I needed in the first place. Thank you very much Rite Aid, but thats a no star for me.

Despite the fact this is located in the crackhead headquarters, the staff refused to allow me to bring in my bicycle to prevent it from being stolen. Show a LITTLE bit of hospitality. Come on. Bunch of snobs here that want to work their 9-5 and go home and get high. What a shame!
