I would highly recommend the Mattress Firm Store which has a great selection of quality mattresses and bed frames. Adam, the store manager provided me with excellent, friendly, and timely service when I arrived at the store. Adam really took the time to explain all of the features of my new adjustable bed frame, which by the way was my first time ever making a purchase for something like this. I was able to pick up the item from the store and he made the whole process for me a great shopping experience. He is truly a great asset to the company.

Garret was extremely helpful. I walked into Mattress Firm knowing I needed a bed frame but didn’t know I would be walking out with the worlds best bed frame but also a life long friend. He treats all of his customers with the upmost respect and is very professional. I went to Mattress Firm because I really wanted to try out a Purple mattress. Antonio was the sales associate who helped me and he was FANTASTIC. He answered what had to be 100 questions from me with complete patience and professionalism. I ended up buying the mattress and Im positive I got a fair and honest deal. Antonio has great customer service skills and made the entire experience very easy and pleasant. I was genuinely happy when I walked out the door. I highly recommend this location, especially when Antonio is working! He definitely had a lot to do with my final decision. You wont be disappointed.

The two sales people were very friendly and helpful. It’s not a giant showroom but they have plenty of mattresses to try and lay down on. There is plenty of parking and there are plenty of other shops around to buy stuff from Home Depot to Pet Smart.

The salesman Hamed was helpful and let us take our time. He answered all our questions and was apologetic to us for waiting. All in all a pretty good experience. Oh and expecting delivery on Monday which makes me very happy

I had the best experience here, Adam was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He helped me find the perfect mattress that was in my price range. The showroom is quiet and unassuming. The sales associate is knowledgeable, easy to talk with, patient and non-aggressive. Inventory (on-site) is not exhaustive, but full enough to get/give an idea of sizes and comfort levels. Delivery schedules seem very reasonable.

Just moved to Philly and needed a new mattress but didn’t know exactly what kind of mattress was a good fit for me. After entering the store Hamed came to my side and assisted in finding the right mattress for me (my new soul mate as he called it hahah). Mattress Firm Quarter made my first time visiting a mattress store very pleasant. The personal treated me very professional and understood my health issues to assist me in finding what I think will be a great mattress purchase.Being as though the world is going through a crisis from the Covid pandemic. I thought I wouldnt be able to try out any mattresses. But Mattress Firm Quarter was well prepared using safety features to stay safe with sanitation practices.I must add that they even scheduled my delivery within 2 days of my purchase. Thats very impressive.I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend the location in South Philadelphia.

Hamed at the location on Oregon Ave was an absolute delight to deal with. I just purchased a new home, and I wanted to treat myself to a King sized Sealy posturepedic mattress and adjustable frame. Hamed went above and beyond to help me, and I’m honestly just as excited about the bed as I am the new house.

I WAS OVER CHARGED ALMOST $500. WENT BACK TO STORW GOT $485 CREDIT BACK TO MY CARD. THEN THEY VOIDED MY WARRANTY BECAUSE online had free delivery. They pushed my delivery back a full week. Then the mattress pad for the protection of the new mattress over 2 months. I will most likely never go back here. They also added no returns for my adjustable base. So basically if I accept the delivery at my door & they sent a not working product I have no recourse for returning a non working item. They changed my paperwork after complaining I over paid compared to the online price on the stores website. I am considering refusing the delivery altogether at this point & getting a full refund. The sales rep Jason J Dougherty seem to want to make this a difficult issue for me. The Low price guarantee is only there if you pursue it or theyll over charge you. Now I only have a choice to accept a possible defective product or nothing. How could I be a Happy Customer.

I really hate to look for Mattress I look for mattresses online and actually I had to go to a store to see exactly what I was going to buy they did not have that matches I was actually looking for and the salesman was trying to talk me into one that that he had of course thats his job however the store was clean and neat and they had a ton of mattresses and the employees were polite I thought the prices were a little high compared to what I was used to seeing online this place is service dog friendly and I would recommend it
