We ordered a kitchen set in 2020,kept getting the run around why it werent there. Since September. Now they are somewhere and cant be located, having our money that we paid for the furniture and the kitchen set. WE WILL FIND THEM. TRUST ME.

By far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. They are very unprofessional, and disorganized. I spent $3000 at this store a month ago and still have net received all of my order. They brush you off when you call, and bring one piece of furniture at a time, whenever they get to it. They also just drop the furniture in the middle of the floor and leave without word. We need more businesses owned by people from the community, who actually cares about the customers!

HORRIBLE. Do not purchase from this business they are RIP OFFS. I made a purchase last month and still havent received my complete order. I also went back to the store and asked for my money back and the guy in there told me he just opened and didnt have any money. Im reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and taking them to court. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. They sell you things they dont have.

Horrible customer service. Do not shop here. They don’t deliver your things when they say they are going to, they take they time, no updates. Sales person clearly doesn’t communicate with his delivery team.

I purchased funiture March 3rd and the sells woman there told me that the couch that I wanted didn’t come in the color that I want, but they had a similar one in the color I wanted !!! I never sat on the couch she suggested so the couch came and it was like card board ! I called east coast furniture immediately to return and they came out to get it with no problem !! The problem I have is bad customer service and they didn’t want to give me a refund so I choose another couch which I was told it would be in the end of March or the beginning of April with a promise and it’s now the first week of April and I still have no couch !! I paid 1000 for this couch and I’m now without a couch and MONEY because they refuse to be a good company and refund me my money . I have called countless time to speak to someone and no one can tell me what I want to hear . They keep telling me my couch is at a port like I don’t know what a port is all I know is I have east coast furniture my money not a port smh !! Never again will I go there or recomend anyone there !!

Bad experience my mattress was supposed to be delivered on July the 9th been waiting all day and never receive it been calling the store all day and they kept saying it will be there they close at 7:00 it 8:22 and I still didn’t receive my mattress this is crazy

I ordered a bedroom set on 3/29/19 the manager told me it would be delivered 3/30/19 between opening time and before the store close.First I called to make sure they had the right address which the didn’t on the paperwork.They told me it would definitely be delivered on the 30th I call three time on the the 30th and was told please do not leave because they are definitely coming...9:00pm nothing!!! No phone call to say we can make it or sorry we can’t make it. Just a no call no show very unprofessional!The next day 3/31/19 I got a call from the manager stating the one of his workers got injured that’s why they didn’t deliver my furniture..And said “ if you don’t believe me I have paper work he was in the hospital”Did not try to work out anything for me, just made excuses the whole time on the phone...But that a lesson learned when you go to certain areas to do business they only care about the money not the customerThey also have no prices on any of the furniture and make up prices to make you think you’re getting a deal

I am a 19 y/o college student at temple and I got bed bugs from their furniture. Ive never had any sort of issue in my life, and then they told me it was probably from my guests (I had no friends in my room) and then offered me a box spring(why the would I even want one? Just to get bed bugs again and spend another 200 dollars for an exterminator?). None of my roommates had them and I only started getting bitten by these bugs when I got this box spring. I would never ever recommend anyone to go here. I am coming out of pocket paying for an exterminator which is far away cheap, and another thing, if you think you want something from this place, stop youre thinking and then run far away. Further than far away if you dont want to have the expenses of an exterminator at your home the week after you get a piece of furniture from here.

Worse place ever First my deliver bring to of the same sofa then he came back like 20 hours later in brung 2 different pillows ! Not the delivery guy fauggt it’s the boss fault & I brung the pillow now I have to wait 2 weeks for a pillow ! NEVER AGAIN DONT COME HERE !!!
