This is such a gem of a book store! Dont let its size fool you - they have a very generous selection of books in an array of genres. I called ahead to see if they had a book and the owner was patient, warm, and very helpful. Ill definitely be coming back!

A nice quiet bookstore in which they let you brows and be left alone if you choose, other wise the staff is very knowledgeable about the location of the books and the different types of books you are looking to purchase. This was a good store and it is always worth it to support small business.

They have a great selection of picture books. I had been looking for some rare titles around Philly and was very happy when I found them here. Titles are very up to date and prices are very reasonable.Highly recommend.

Great local bookstore! They are knowlegeable and friendly. They have a fantastic selection of titles you probably havent heard of, and if you need anything ordered, they do so happily and they are prompt in getting your book in.

Small bookstore, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in selection. Whoever is responsible for the stock has great tastes. Additionally, the prices were good -- with a lot of books that looked brand new being half price or less. The clerk was friendly as well.

New to the neighborhood and recently visited Bindlestiff. Truly a great little book shoppe with knowledgeable and approachable purveyor behind the counter; seemingly a proud community institution.I have visited twice, in the past two weeks, and on both occasions have witnessed young neighborhood kids shopping.
