I love Yankee candlles, they are my addiction. I have three large cabinets filled with them. I do have my favorites but try alot of their scents. I usually buy most of my candles on sale. Their gift sets are great at Christmas for a nice present.

Grat staff and stuff

If youre a lover of candles, you cant not like this store. They have so many scents and accessories you almost always leave with more than you go in for. They do run decent specials and coupons but they are still quite expensive. Overall, I enjoy visiting the store and spend more than I plan to.

My review is specifically for the Yankee Candle in Philadelphia Mills Mall.Good selection. Nice display. ZERO customer service.I walked into the store and there we three sales people BSing behind the counter (2 women, 1 man). Not a hi, how are you nothing. Ok, so Im browsing the store looking for fragrance reeds. Finally found them and proceeded to spend about 5-7 minutes wondering in the area. Not one word from anyone. No do you need any help... nothing. I did need help but...I went to the counter to pay. Woman rung me up and stood there for a minute like I was supposed to guess the amount. Finally told me the amount, handed her the money. She stays i put a coupon in the bag and that was all the conversation I had.You would think with an EMPTY store and THREE associates standing around doing nothing and SALES DROPPING DUE TO OVERPRICED ITEMS that they would step their game up a bit.

Get ready for a nose overload dont sniff too many candles because then the start to blend. The candles are expensive so wait until you get a good coupon or for a great sale where youll get them for half the cost.
