10 out of 10! Exceptional customer service; (Kr?) Christina was welcoming, enthusiastic, and very helpful putting together a beautiful Christmas gift within my price range for my gf. Do not be discouraged by some the prices on some high end products because there are so many options which shell help you find. She then went the extra mile to wrap and box everything to look great, and even hooked me up with a bunch of additional samples. Awesome experience, will be back.

Amazing experience honestly. Met jay, one of the best salespeople I have met here! He was knowledgeable and very personable. He didn’t try to sell me more expensive products and helped me understand what a good skincare routine is. Would honestly go back just for him!!

Just called for a phone purchase as my local blue mercury does not carry Estée Lauder products. They were very helpful and professional on the phone. Great service.

Staff is more than happy to help w/ servicing the customer. If you talk about products you are interested in with a consultant they will most likely end up giving you a sample to take home along with your purchase!

I was actually quite delighted by my visit; I was greeted when I walked in, and after an appropriate amount of time, I was offered help, which I accepted. The woman who helped me walked me around, answered all of my questions, and was a general delight.

The store, is beautiful and I see all new staff. I had a great experience and left feeling very happy with my purchases

I only come to this place if its an emergency and i cant get my Clinique products online or make it to Macys. the staff here are very rude. i was asking one of the reps about foundations and the different foundation brushes. and she was like oh you have acne you need to work on your face and i am not selling you a brush because you wont clean it everyday. its not what she said its how she said it. i was offended. they do not like to give samples. and the samples they do give i am not interested in (facial peels eye creams etc.). they do not do the special gift offers like Clinique online and Macys do.they were kind of helpful as far as giving me the scoop in different products to help my skin. but i just just dont feel like this is my go to place because they made me feel kind of uncomfortable.
