Employees are shy and mess up order very often mot going here again.Highly exaggerated customer service and quality. Its more like a safe space for softies...Found much superior ice cream at MerryMaid Farms in Montgomery county.

Went in . Traveling from Miami. Told me I needed a mask but had custometnin there without mask. Fine. Went back. Got a mask from Hotel and went back. The ice cream was old and frozen and Waffle was soggy. Just not good

I love Ben and Jerrys ice cream, but was unfortunately disappointed with the chocolate milkshake that I bought earlier today. The ice cream to milk ratio was almost 1 to 2 making the consistency very thin. It seems like they weigh their ice cream before using it, so am still not sure why it seemed like the milkshake was lacking thickness.Overall, I think I will probably stick with their ice creams, however will prefer the shakes down the road at ShakeShack which are $2 cheaper.They use a Vitamix type blender for milkshakes and the service was good.

Good service AND AMAZING ice cream cakes. It was so easy to order online and it turned out perfectly. The inside of the store is a little messy but the woman who helped me was friendly and gave me some coupons. They have a great selection of pints and quite a bit of dairy free options!

They even didnt let us in, because we didnt have masks. Pandemic is over, you are ridiculous guys. Hope you go out of business. You are discriminating customers. Shame on you.

Nice customer service

A little pricey, but it is Ben and Jerrys so we expected that, staff was super nice and let us take our time ordering what we wanted, inside was clean and not too cold. Ice cream selection was great and i was allowed to get two different flavors in one dish.

Had a few people at the house and we were talking about the vermonster. For those who dont know its the biggest ice cream sundae in the universe. We decided to get it and it did not disappoint. The employee was extremely helpful. Walked us thru everything we would get and even made some good suggestions for flavors ect. 7 people and we barely put a dent in this beast.

I love ben and Jerrys ice cream. Theyre amazing. Ice cream was a bit grainy for some reason both mine and my partners.

The girl at the counter was really polite and the ice cream was top notch. I highly recommend the nondairy chocolate chip cookie dough. It changed my life. I saw visions of people of all types living in harmony in what seemed some sort of endless afterlife dimension. Truly a spiritual ice cream experience.

You can get a better experience by going to the supermarket. Unfriendly service and they didn’t even gave us the flavors we asked for. The brand is good? You know the ice cream will taste good, but what’s the point of a shop?

It is a cool place, well known brand but I did not find the service very good and I have sensitivity in the tooth, and what bothered me a lot was that the spoon was wooden and for those who have sensitivity this is very harmful. I couldnt enjoy my dessert because of it. So, if you have tooth sensitive and you’re planning go there, make sure to bring your own spoon. If don’t, it’s a nice place to go!

I absolutely adore Ben & Jerrys ice cream. However, I was disappointed with the store experience because I felt like I could have just bought one of the pints from a grocery store & put it in a cone to recreate the same experience at the store (but it would have been much cheaper to do it myself). The workers also were not very friendly & seemed annoyed to be there. Overall Id suggest if youre a fan of Ben & Jerrys ice cream to stick to the pints & enjoy it that way.

Nothing like walking in to the store and smelling cookies and all of the other deliciousness. So many choices, good luck deciding. If youre in the area, be sure to stop by and treat yourself.

Love Ben &Jerrys ice cream we by it all the time. We decided to stop at this location after dinner one night in Philadelphia.as usual the ice cream was good, but the organic straws made my husband feel like he was drinking cardboard and the service was slow for only have one table in there.

Im so happy they opened one in Philly! Not gonna lie it was extremely hard to find (for me at least). Anyways, I really enjoyed the black sesame and matcha swirl with the custard filledIm already craving it again

There arent many seats, but its dessert time so people keep coming. What about the americon? The cherry was really delicious! There are no pigments. Like ice cream, the colors are similar, so the taste is less than 31, but the taste is good.
