After all these years this is still the best and most affordable place to go to buy any and every event or party accessory/decoration and remains the leader for the number of different varieties of helium and latex balloons.Hadnt been here in over 2 or 3 years and was quite impressed.

Placed a order for valentines day to be delivered, I called at 5PM since the delivery time was 5PM-6PM. was on hold until 5:43 just to tell them they cant find my order number in the system.... ruined valentines day. I want my refund. Never will use them again! Need new employees Jason, Ciara and Sandy were indeed no help and quite unprofessional. WILL NEVER USE PARTY CITY AGAIN.

It is the right place to find stuff for a party, as well as for graduation, and whenever going to the beach this summer time with the kids. I can nearly everything I need for the graduation party, and toys for my kids to go onshore, as well as tickets for a raffle.Besides, its open.nearly twelve hours a day, and its open from 9.30 in the morning. Very convenient.

Horrible chain store.The process my order charge me you didnt cancel it a day later without notifying me on Halloween.So now Im with all the costume and not as much as hello goodbye. I had to come to the store to find out that my order was canceled. They are screwing my Halloween

Great store to pick up last minute items. I was planning a brunch and needed decorations. The shelves werent fully stocked, but I was able to get a few items to make my event great. Staff could have been more friendly.

Great place best party stuff they use quality materials but why 2 stars theres a ho in there always at the balloons that wouldnt know work etiquette if it came out of the braids she too old to be wearing. I normally have a good experience when picking up orders, but today made me never want to come back. I had an order that was supposed to be delivered by 5p. I arrived 30 mins prior to pick up the order. When speaking with the assistant manager (Jamie) I was told that it would take at least another hour to get the balloons blown up, at the least. I told her it was supposed to of been done already and the customer didn’t have that extra time. The customer was having a graduation party and It’s very important. I was then informed that I didn’t have a car big enough. I have a very large Ford Edge Titanium. VERY capable of transporting such a “load”. I was then told by the assistant manager Jamie that she didn’t care about it being ready nor did she care about who I was. That Jamie will have it ready when she does and will call an Uber to deliver it herself. (I’m pretty sure management isn’t suppose to leave the premises during operating hours without any other management support) I said to Jamie that it wasn’t right not having the order not done to the point that it had to be totally canceled. Not only was the customers event was going to be ruined, but I was also losing income. Then again, I was told by the assistant manager Jamie, didn’t care. Due to having to cancel the order because of the delivery time not being met, there was another order that needed to be delivered shortly after. That order also had to be canceled because it would of not been delivered by the needed time. All the while Jamie insisted on raising her voice, talked over me, was extremely unacceptably rude. Jamie did not show/express one bit of empathy for the customer that needed the order, the situation, nor me at the least. This experience was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had doing an order. And I’ve been cussed out by a customer bc Target didn’t have in stock the deodorant they wanted. So, that says a lot. Hopefully there will be new/better management soon. Nothing seems to ever be done, on time or at all lately. God only knows the experiences other customers have had. Not to mention, Jamie’s hair looked like Cameron Diaz’s in There’s Something About Mary. If you know you know. I gave 2 stars bc I’ve had a few good experiences, but this one makes me not ever want to come back again. I called corporate to let them know about the experience also. The conduction of management by assistant manager Jamie, will jeopardize the business of customers and delivery partners. No doubt.

Ordered curbside, Saturday outside for 30 minutes after arrival. Walked I to ask what was going on and they had no idea I was waiting even though I followed all instructions. They also had to prepare my order although my curbside pickup was scheduled at 12 and I arrived at 1215 (and waited for 30 minutes) .

Wasnt a lot of people in there, was only one person inflating the balloons and checking everyone out at the register....she did her best without anyone help.

Please avoid this store. The staff are rude and do not want to assist with anything. The manager was somewhat helpful.I waited in line for a long time before anyone came to the register.Noone acknowledged that I and another person was waiting in line patiently.I ordered balloons for my event and wanted to confirm my order and the the staff was VERY RUDE!!!!.DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE AT ALL. FOR WARNING!!!

They literally have everything here for any kind of party for any occasion....they have every option and anything u could ever need or think of ....I couldnt believe how many selections of things there were but glad to know for future occasions even if you dont want to spend alot you wont have to here and even if you do you could really go above and beyond here

Employees dont know the store inventory and are generally surly. They are there to talk to each other more than help customers.

I love this place. Its a go-to for anyone who wants party stuff, but it has a lot of kid decorations. For example, they have things like Paw Patrol plates, etc. Overall, the best time to visit is during October, so you can get some really good Halloween stuff. Its usually busy around October but I never felt too rushed. The workers are friendly and make you feel welcome. Theres a huge section for balloons of all types. Definitely recccomend!

Open for delivery or curb side pick up only, you are told to arrive and call, the phone line is busy. Waited for 30min and multiple people went up to the front door and they ignored us all. So we left cane back 2 hours later, same thing. Have been waiting for 40 minutes now, seen one person come out maybe every 10 minutes. It’s the day before mother’s day and the weekend of graduation for many, I understand times are crazy right now, but if I am emailed saying my order is ready and to follow these directions and then I get no service that is a problem. I was very excited to surprise my mother for the first time in years since I had cancer and wasn’t healthy enough to do anything, and now I am beyond frustrated and regretting my decision. I now have spent my money on products I am not being supplied. I went out of my way to come to this store and this is the service......

The place has really nice things but the prices are ridiculous. You can throw a real quality looking party and it will seem professionally done. But spending 800 on one party decorations is not quite worth it in the long run. You can shop and be creative and spend less in other places

I like that this Party City has lots of stock! There were no empty spaces on the shelves. I called before coming and asked if there were any western-themed props, decor, and/or costumes in-store and I was told there werent any at this location. I decided to check anyway, and there was a whole section, with lower-priced items on an end cap in the front of the store.The person on the phone could have had a line (assuming it was a cashier), or genuinely didnt know. I work in customer service, so I understand how difficult multitasking is while recalling specific items in stock. Its a huge oversight to not remember a whole section. It could hurt business in the future.Walking through the store before shifts and lunch breaks makes a big difference. It helps staff learn the store. When customers need help, they can advise them from memory.

Horrible experience! I ordered balloons for a surprise party. I received damaged balloons. When I tried toCall the store I stayed on hold for an hour toSpeak to a manager who claims she did not know I was on hold. She then Told me that I would need to call 1-800PARTYCITY FOR FURTHER HELP!

Very helpful staff! I needed a specific costume for my daughter and the costume professional went out of his way to find the costume I needed even though it was last years costume! Cant beat the prices and theres a huge selection. I definitely will be returning here!

Large variety of stock only issue the last few times of going they always only have one cashier open, the bad part this time its the day before a Major holiday must have more cashier working and if not that when manager need to roll up they sleeve and get they hands dirty, and its a long line the cashier should not be asking for email address to before starting the transaction I do understand why they do it but when you got one cashier 8 people in line you must STOP the regular procedure in getting email address and get the line down to one

Big location, but there is not much of a selection of items. It seems like more space than they need. The birthday section for kids themes is great though, but of course some of it is a bit pricey. Balloon selection is also pretty good.

It was the usual... understaffed store... The young lady was miserable which reflected in her poor customer service... I went there to buy balloons for a baby shower... 1st time in that location... She was like u need to give me the number of the balloon... I bought 1 big Its a boy balloons and 5 regular balloons but the time I got home 2 had deflated already... you can imagine when I got to the shower we could only used the big one... very disappointed

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!This place doesnt deserve 1 star. The employees are extremely ignorant. Nobody is ever behind the balloon counter and they all act like youre bothering them. Even just to ask a simple question I got cocky responses while Im there with my daughter to TRY to get stuff for her first birthday. I made the mistake of purchasing anything from this store, it wasnt marked with the correct prices so when I went to go return it less than 24 hours later I was told no returns, no exchanges, no store credit because it was a summer item which was some napkins and plates with flowers on them. They proceed to give me attitude in front of my baby basically telling me Im screwed for the money and the receipt says that I have 7 days prior to the holiday to make a return. So they were just lying and didnt want to do their job. I went to the Party City in Deptford, NJ & was able to return it no problem. Everyone I have ever talked to about this particular Party City knows how horrible it is and would rather drive out of state than have to deal with these people. They need to be shut down!!! They told me to call corporate if I didnt like their answer which is exactly what I will be doing after I leave this review!!!

This is the WORST curbside pickup EVER over 2 hours. They make you call store but phone is always busy, between my daughter and myself we called over 200 times, once we got through we somehow got disconnected. When an employee finally comes out with an order, you try to ask a question and get told to call the store. Pandemic or not this is completely unacceptable. If you want to cancel they tell you to call the store, unbelievable.

Typical party store fare. mainly lower end Chinese made stuff, but priced right. They have all the stuff I need to throw a party with almost any type of theme. Some staff are really great and know what they are doing, others, not so much. Overall good experience, and I will return there.

I went to pick up a curbside order here and the manager JUDY was racist, ignorant, impolite, offensive and disrespectful. I would give this store a 0 star because of their manager. I believe Party City District manager needs to re-evaluate who they put in charge of stores.

Place my balloon order on 11/02/20 to be picked up on 11/07/20 at 4 oclock pm when I got there they wasnt ready had to wait 45 minutes i was giving my brother a surprise birthday party for his 50th birthday and they really inconvenience me because I had to pick the catering food up by 6 oclock pm so I had to run the balloons home get a shower and dressed by the time I got dressed it was after 6 oclock so I had to pick up the catering food and pick up my brother at the same time very very very disappointed 😞

Nice staff but not nearly enough for busy weekend parties. 30 to 40 minute wait for balloons. Absured wait time for the price they charge. Next time Ill either order in advance or go to ShopRite. This time is my fault because I thought balloons would be a nice surprise for my niece. My fault .

I went in for a bunch of balloons for a birthday party. The store was empty, but the girl behind the balloon counter was preparing an order for pick up later on that day. I know this because she spent the entire time I was standing there waiting on my balloons complaining that nobody was helping her and everyone was lazy and she shouldnt be the only who had to do work while everyone else sat around. She was even more unhappy when she asked someone else to ring me up and they told her they were busy and she would need to do it.

This place has stuff Ive never knew existed.. I highly recommend this place for party goods

I had ordered balloons inflated for a party. I got an email confirming they were ready, even though it was earlier than expected. When I showed up, they were confused and seemed to have no record of it. When they finally found it, they wouldnt fill it up until the scheduled time, even though I was already there and had received an email saying it was done.

I must say this was my first time going to Party City. I was shocked. There wasnt any one at the balloon counter and the workers were talking to each other. All the balloons I need that I saw online was not in stock, there was no HAPPY BIRTHDAY, there were missing number balloons, know clear balloons with spots of purple gold or silver. Only balloons they have is for children not for adults to mix and match. There was know one to help. The next time they were restocking was 2 weeks from yesterday. I wasnt happy...

Bad customer service, Bad online ordering experience, Bad phone experience, AND Order not ready for pick up!I placed my order Wednesday morning. I received a confirmation email, but it was not obvious that some balloons were not available. I called Thursday to ask about the balloons that were unavailable but I had already paid for. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and no one returned to the phone. I did not get to talk to anyone about the order. I arrived at the store on Saturday at 3pm. I asked for my order. They told me I didnt place an order. I showed them my emails. They asked my name six or seven times while they looked at the filled balloons. They again told me I didnt place an order. They then looked at the bins of balloon orders that were not filled. They found my order in the bin. The balloons were not yet filled. One (of the three people) began filling them. I reiterated that I was going to be late and that I needed them as soon as possible. Nonetheless, one person was still taking walk in orders for balloons. I had to ask for someone to help the one associate that was working on my order. I had more than 40 balloons and I knew it would take awhile. It took 38 minutes for my balloons to be filled. The only discount I was offered was on the balloon weights I had not purchased. The manager gave me 10% off of them (about $2). I spent $150 on balloons and ended up being late to a party I was hosting and had to ask guests to help decorate. I was very frustrated and will probably never order balloons from Party City again

Wide selection. They have seasonal items. Large selection of specialty baloons. Pro tip, order baloons ahead of time as they seem chronically understaffed and filling a large helium balloon order the same day may take a long time.
