The new Duracell rechargeable battery I bought is not charged. And, it doesnt say rechargeable on it.

Orrdered online for battery and installation. Josh called left message it is out of stock. I called he said he would order it and it would be in by Tuesday. Called. Female says not in stock. She will order. It was never ordered. It would take another week. I said I do not know if my battery will last in car. She said if you need to get one elsewhere in between I can get a refund if I call the store. Today I called because I had to get a battery at autozone. The lady got loud. She yelled at me and said I was not getting my refund unless I came to the store. I never got anything but you took the money. I was not in the store when you took it. I want my card refunded. I think the ladys name was Nelda. Horrible.i contacted customer service and nobody will help. Beware. If you buy something here it could be a bait and switch and then fraudulent charges.

Couldnt ask for better service !! My car was dead in the water so to speak and Im about 4 to 5 or so miles from the store with no easy way to get there. And although they dont have a delivery policy/service hey made an exception and brought the battery to me and installed it. Cant ask for better than that much less a very reasonable price on the battery :)

They either need more help or faster help, they do have a lot of hard to find batteries, but I waited 20 minutes to buy a 5 dollar battery.

Never,ever again.Person working the desk,called me the N-Word at this location not once but twice.I have encountered him twice,but instead of going medieval on him,I just simply left and said I would never return to this store ever again.If you are black be aware of the guy that works on Saturday morning at this location.He is lazy,and will make a million excuses to not do any work,especially when it comes to making keys.

I had a 1950s vintage 3-D slide viewer but did not have a bulb for it. The guys at Batteries & Bulbs spent time to research and experiment with different flashlight bulbs until they found THE bulb. My mother-in-law can now view her wedding pictures. Thank you very much guys!

I made an appointment online. Today I went in and was told they didnt have an item needed. The guy at the counter said they called me, which is possible but no one bothered to leave me a message saying not to come down. Or even emailed, which I know they have since its required to make an appointment.

To my embarrassment: they managed to convince me, in order to save my damaged phone, to pay $100 upfront for a repair that they never completed.

It was great, purchased batteries for my watches the store associate installed and set the correct time on my watches for me.

Ordered online, used a promo code for a discount, and picked the car battery up in store. Transaction was perfect. No complaints here and the car battery was a Duracell with a 2 year warranty that ended up being the cheapest option outside of refurbished batteries which I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with. Was cheaper then all other auto parts stores even though it was a Duracell brand which surprised me. Would definitely recommend and go back myself.

The two staffers were both knowledgeable and helpful. When the batteries of my Christmas ornament did not fit properly to make the electrical connections; Josh devised a substitute metal sleeve which solved the problem. Had to take my phone in for a screen replacement. They were kind, knowledgeable, and honest. There was a problem with another part of my phone that happened while they replaced the screen and they had to order the part. They were upfront about everything and replace what was messed up for free and quickly. I would certainly reccomend.

Batteries Plus Lead Cell Battery Warranty is worthless. Series 31 Duracell Deep Cycle AGM Ultra installed in RV 12/16 that is used monthly for a few days has always self discharged at excessive rate while sitting. Just before trip checked voltage and it had dropped below 10.5 volts without any load. It was sold with a 30 month walk in exchange. Returned it on 9/26/18 to B+ where it was charged overnight and was told by store attendant that cranking amps were down more than two hundred amps. Was it exchanged? Nope! The counter attendant told me the warranty does not apply to negligence or abuse. What negligence or abuse?, I asked. He said, You let the battery discharge below 10.5 volts I have to sue them in small claims and will add a fraud count to recover for the attorney fees, lost time, court costs and inconvenience and $260 replacement. There was absolutely no evidence of abuse or neglect and nothing in the warranty exclusion addressing voltage in any way. I relied upon the warranty, it was the inducement for the purchase and it was given to me by B+ knowing that it would not be honored under the vaguely worded exclusion language.

My battery charger port was not working on my Samsung cell phone. Of course it was a holiday weekend! I found the store on the internet and actually scheduled an appointment online!! When i walked into the store, a young man at the counter told me that he did not think that he had the part in the store. I asked him to please double check and he did and found the part that I needed. Since I made an appointment online I also received $10.00 off the price. Their website provides accurate pricing for repairs. The store owner fixed my phone in a short time. Great service.Would highly recommend!

Took my phone in for screen, they replaced it. 2 hours later half the screen stopped working. They happily replaced it under warranty. That was 9 months ago. The same screen cracked now. No problem. I had such a good experience the last time I took it there for another screen. The cost was going to be $55 again which seems fair. Wayne looked over the phone to make sure the condition before intake I guess to be aware of any damage so they are not held liable. Makes sense. I signed a paper saying I was dropping the phone off, it stayed the condition and that all things were working except the cracked screen. He told me to come back in an hour. In one hour I stopped back in, Wayne handed me the phone, I checked it out and was about to sign the paper and pay and I off handed asked whats the guarantee on this again? Wayne answered that there was no guarantee. I asked him to ask his manager since the last time I got a screen there was a warranty that I actually had to use within a few hours. He double checked with the manager Shawntae (Im not sure if thats spelled right since they dont wear name tags) anyway, she came out and said that since there was a small screw missing from the phone upon intake that they could not guarantee the work. I explained that they were the first, last and only people to work on the phone. Shawntae told me that Wayne is in training and should have checked to screws upon intake of device and he made a mistake in not doing so. Shawntae also admitted when asked that she should have called me as soon as she noticed the screw missing since it was the first screws removed. She admitted she also made a mistake and when questioned she said yes that they both made mistakes and I lose out. They told me they were willing to take the screen out and put the old one back in. Too risky since they removed it as a trash screen why would the be careful with it.In short Wayne, the employee in training and Shawntae the manager both admitted they made mistakes that voided my warranty and there was nothing I could do except have them put my old screen back in after they recovered it from the trash bin.When I had awesome service I felt the need to tell everyone I knew since I was so impressed. Now that I was treated wrong and unfairly I feel the same need to warn people.Also when I called the corporate customer service, they called Shawntae who backed up my interpretation of what happened, she didnt try to hide anything which is surprising.Shawntae said, He (Wayne) is in training and made mistakes The price they pay for aftermarket screens is about $12 each. To be so greedy for that money is disgusting.I feel that a full refund is in order for all the grief they put me through.You have my number in your files. Contact me anytime you want with your resolution.As a follow up, Tim Dargan (franchise owner) emailed me and apologized for my experience and said let him know if there is anything he can do. I told him a full refund was the only thing that would change my feelings. He sent me a 20% off coupon. No thanks!One week later Time Dargan (franchise owner) emailed and offered a 6 month warranty, probably after he read all of the accurate reviews I posted online. I told him that ship sailed since they told me NO for one week. Im only interested in a refund. Funny thing in now the speaker is blown out so you cant hear calls. Probably as a result of their repair but Im sure they would not honor that since its not the screen.The takeaway: Dont go to Batteries Plus.I told him Id edit all my reviews upon receipt of refund which is only right. He did not respond.Crazy that the owner of the franchise values $55 over a good name, good reviews, good word of mouth and recommendations.

This place is ok... sometimes disappointing and sometimes not.Once I asked to purchase a car battery charger. The sales guy showed me a battery starter but maintained that it also charges the car battery in addition to jump start. Sure enough that wasnt the case so I returned it.Another time I went in to replace my cars key fob battery, which costs around $8 in store. Without explaining my options, sales guy proceeded to open my key fob, replace the battery, and then charge me $16... an additional $8 for installation and lifetime warranty without ever asking me first if this was ok. For me it wasnt, so I asked him to take the battery out and give me a refund. These things should be agreed upon beforehand... like would you like to just purchase a new battery for $8 or have it installed with lifetime warranty for an additional $8? But this wasnt the case... battery was replaced and that will be $16, please. Car battery installation is free, so I assumed key fob battery replacement is also free. Back during the days of Radio Shack, I dont recall paying massive installation fees. And regarding the lifetime warranty... Ill take a pass. Maybe its useful for some people in certain situations, but for me, the new key fob battery will outlast the car, so its not needed.On a positive note, they have a good assortment of batteries and flashlights.

I got my Note 5 battery changed here. First of all they left two big, 1/2 square inch, scratch mark left inside of back panel. Second, I am not even sure they reallg changed the battery. I dont see any improvement of battert life in fact it got worse. Im not sure the battery life got worse because they never replaced my battery and it got worse or they replaced with a very low quality battery. Now Im using a extended battery pack case.1 sentence summary: do not waste your money here.

I bought a car battery on line for my acura RL 2008 with instalation included and signed up for appointment time available. When I arrived on time to the store the person at the counter informed me that he is the only person in the store and cannot install the battery at this time. When I decided to install it myself, to my disbelief, I realized that the bettery was of wrong size... When I broght it back I got an apology and was informed that unfortunately there was no battery for my car in the store, come tomorrow and we will have it for you... could not enjoy this kind of service
