These guys were awesome. I thought the unlocked velvet i had bought wasnt unlocked so I brought it to them. They found out it was unlocked but my current carrier wouldnt take it. They didnt charge me anything for figuring out what was going on with my phone only the charge for a new carrier service plan. Ill definitely be going back there for all my cell phone needs
