Great place, friendly people, easy services
Hidden fees, dirty clothes, and bad customer services. When the rep came to pick up our returns because we were canceling, he told us he couldnt take them because of an embroidery on the clothes... that they put on themselves! If we had known about the embroidery issue we would not have gotten them embroidered! Seems like they knew if they did this then we wouldnt be able to easily cancel. Shady business.
Our office closed due to Covid-19 in March. We paused our service and eventually ended up cancelling the service all together. They have not been to our building since March 16th but they have continued to bill us. Ive talked to three different people who said they would credit us back for the weeks they charged for but we are still getting bills in the mail saying we are past due. Terrible customer service.
Great Place wanting to work there for a long term career
The absolute worst. They literally forgot all of our workers pants one week. The clothes are constantly coming back to our shop still soaking wet. They forgot all of our shop rugs this week ( this is not the first time) and dont even get me started on the billing, its a nightmare they are constantly messing up our bill each month-which SHOULD be re-accruing and never change. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. These guys suck.
This location has horrible customer service. I would hope this is not a representation of all cintas locations but I wouldnt risk ever using them again. If you do get a response from someone responsible for your account theyll tell you what you want to hear however there seems to be little to no communication between the service managers and the route drivers. Unfortunately there arent a lot of options for this type of service but I plan to figure out an alternative as soon as possible.
Been a customer for uniforms for years and years. Called them for their fire safety service and instead of fixing my problem or telling me what was wrong, the guy called the fire Marshall who is now aware of the issue that will cost me thousands more to fix. I’ve spent countless dollars over the last 10-15 years with Cintas and in the end I get nothing but headaches when I call them for help. They lost me as a customer for every service. Thanks for nothing and you’re welcome for the years of loyalty.
Do not go with any cintas. They hide things in their contract to raise your rate whenever they want and will Sue you if you try to cancel.

Very poor service I called multiple times with no response. I was eventually told somebody would call me back which finally happened only to be told on the phone that somebody would call me back! Quality products but not worth it when service charges are factored in. Pain in the butt!
I had been tryin to contact someone in sales for Uniforms for two straight. They had told me that the only peroson that could help me was the Sales Manager, Ms. Carly Conti. I called and left two messages, and emailed. After trying to contact her sevral times and letting her staff know that I am not getting an answer back, Ms. Conti had returned my email telling me that she would be in the field with her sales reps and that she would try to get the Operations Manager to make the meeting. After that she asked me what I was exactly looking for, I told her I was looking for Day Porter Uniforms, but that the meeting was not with me, but with our Operations mgr. She later emailed me back saying We are not able to meet. Thank you With no explination what so ever of why. This was the worst customer service I have ever recived. Very Poor not even worth one (1) star.
Dont sing up with this company they will lie and rope u in a contract with out telling you big scam. ..All we signed up for was there paper towels.And there trying to sue us....
