Worst customer service ever. I was there today Sunday May 30,2021 at 2:18 PM and left at 2:25PM after no one, absolutely no one came to help me get my shoes size. I mean was it because I was wearing shorts and a hoody? Im basing this off after going to their Snyder Avenue location in South Philly earlier today on May 30, 2021 and someone came and help me right away. At this South Street location it was 1 guy and 2 girls who just stayed behind the cash register and BS the entire time instead of trying to get business. Trash customer service, they need to be fired.

Never had a problem since I been coming to this establishment, staff is very friendly and the manager is always helpful. Decent selection of clothes and shoes, and they always have a sale going on. Highly recommend to visit it if in the south street area.
Nice store and nice layout. Staff seems very friendly a little slow at getting to you though. The prices are a bit on the high side, could be more competitive.
