I am in love with this place because of their quality clothes and uniqueness. Their way to understand their customer need was appreciable. The place was very beautiful with good infrastructure. The price was OK for the stuff they sell. Must recommended place if you want to wear latest fashionable clothes.

Absolutely love this store. I was on the hunt for a cool pair of joggers and decided to stop in. At first I was surprised to see that the small mens drkshdw collection was gone, yet the sales associate helping me got me into a pair of Norma Kamali pants. Although they are womens, they were definitely the look I wanted and she was so helpful in pointing out similar styles. Will definitely be back to check out new styles. Hopefully mens styles will return!!!

I have had the luxury to shop at Joan Shepp today, I didnt buy but I felt just as valued as if I was buying. The generosity that I received from Joan was one to remember. I love this place but everytime I come in I feel so unwelcomed. The customer service is so poor. I recently went in and I heard this woman tell someone else about sale going on but she didn’t tell me or my sister. I rather order online from a corporate designer store like Barney’s than support local bourgeoisie.

The only boutique I would go to in Philly. They have a wide range of the best designers such as Balenciaga, Chloe, Comme de Garçons, Sacai, The Row just to name a few. Also the selection is very unique, very different from a department store such as Saks Fifth Avenue would offer. By the way, I hate Neiman Marcus because their selection is so old lady and their customer service is horrible. If you love fashion and designers you would love this place. They also have some reasonably priced cute fun stuff, like socks and hats, and other accessories.

This store is a Philadelphia Shopping staple. A must-visit when in Rittenhouse Square. They always seem to have some amazing things.
