The people who work here are so kind and attentive. I felt like they genuinely cared that I go home with a good pair of shoes.

It is my first time buying a new balance sneakers so naturally I wasn’t sure what I needed. However the sales associate was very patient and knowledgeable about which kind of shoes would be appropriate for someone with flat foot like me.

This is a storefront shop in the middle of the 1600 block of Walnut Street Philadelphia Pennsylvania it features all of New Balance products shoes shirts at other wearing apparel the staff was friendly both in person and on the phone and theyre real claim to fame is they have a special comprehensive foot mapping 3D computerized system which covers all aspects of measuring your foot properly and the best part is its free of charge. So if you havent purchased some new shoes and had your foot properly measured in sometime, this might be just the right place for you, either way its an experience you probably would enjoy.

Incredible shoe and clothing selection marred by the belligerent employees who were damn near yelling about God knows what. Incredibly unprofessional behavior that takes away from such a solid brand and what is usually a carefree shopping experience.

I walked in and asked to be sized for shoes. Their foot scanner was down. Asked if they could use the normal foot sizing tool to measure my foot..... HOW DO.YOU WORK AT A SHOE STORE AND NOT KNOW HOW TO SIZE SOMEONES FOOT!?!?!?

I spent ten minutes looking at shoes here. One other customer who was also being ignored. No one asked if they could help me. Obviously not trying to sell shoes here. A front for what, I don’t know.

Never really knew how upscale New balances product line was until I visited their center city store. I got educated on the fact that the New Balance shoe/clothing line are more expensive than Nike but it’s the quality that makes it definitely worth the extra money. Very nice from their sneakers down to their waist bags/hats. I’m definitely gonna be looking into buying more New Balance from now on.

Well I was not there for my self i was with a family member who was purchasing something for himself .but I liked the clothes and the prices were ok.the store allows 5 people at a time which is good for well being of others . I recommend this store to anyone else . Friendly employees and nice clean place.

Everyone at this store is so incredibly nice and I will always go here for my sneakers!!!!! You can also checkout their inventory online and reserve your choices which makes shopping easy.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced. Walked in wearing a new pair of new balance that we were hurting my feet. The staff swapped them for a different pair, no questions asked.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable/nice/chill and helped me find a great pair for flat feet. He didnt try to pressure me into buying something i didnt want or need including the insoles but i did buy them because i liked them. He also gave me a discount which was nice because the items were pretty pricey. Will definitely come here again when i need a new pair. (Edit: His name is Rich and he has helped me find 2 pairs of shoes on 2 different occasions!)

All New Balance products mostly expensive. Good source if you are a fan of theirs. Located on a busy shopping street loaded with other similar stores.

This was the best running shoe shopping experience Ive ever had. Ben was an incredibly knowledgeable running shoe expert and knows seemingly everything about not only New Balance, but competing brands and even recommended options he didnt carry in his store. This kind of genuine customer service is just unheard of most of the time in this modern day and was truly a delightfully refreshing experience. My wife and I will be New Balance fans from this point forward.

THE NICEST RETAIL PEOPLE IN WORLD. ive bren rocking new balance for 20 years. good selection not like website but how could it be. 2 people helped me and not in that old gap way where they up your bum. let me do my thing. The guy who grabbed my kicks was a really nice guy, just a nice guy who likes his job and was willing to help. i definitely recommend hitting this store up.

I started coming to this store because I joined their sunday running group (10 am on sundays). Its a really nice group of people and is led by the store manager, Ben. We usually run 3-5 miles on the sculykil and then get some light breakfast in the store afterwards. Anyone who runs with the group is eligible for a discount, so it was only natural i started buying shoes and running gear here.The whole staff is really nice and helpful, which is huge for new balance shoes as they can be a bit confusing (with numbers for names) to shop without a guide. Ive been very happy with the quality of the shoes and apparel ive gotten here including my current vazee 2090s which are amazing!In any case, if you are someone who runs in philly, this store is definitely worth a visit and id definitely try to make it to the running group if you can as well!
