I do not recommend this brand at all. They have poor customer service and a very predatory return policy. In a retail environment where customers have lots of choices to shop someplace fair and customer friendly I’m not sure how this business survives. They surely will not have return customers with the way they treat people. Definitely be warned before you purchase from this company online.
This is the most fashionable store in the city and one of the clerks literally changed my life by introducing me to Japanese clothing brands.
Ordered online and there was a problem with shipping - customer service was very helpful. Would recommend.
Have to agree with the previous review! Purchased an expensive jacket, discounted $20 from the $220 original price. When the item arrived and we realized it was too small, the store refused to accept the refund and refused to exchange the item. We are now stuck with an expensive item we have no use for. Having shopped almost exclusively online for items big and small, weve never encountered such glaring disregard for a customer.
Cool clothes for him! My Honeybear found 3 Cookie pieces for $145!
Purchase a pair of red wing from their website, the shoes arrived on time, however, it seems to be either tried on or on display for a while. Initially notice the sole has some light dirt, and later on notice there are actually some nail scratches on the leather as well. If ordering from their website, you might want to specify you dont want a display model.Update: it was a gift for someone and has been given already. Cant take it back, plus itd be a hassle.
The official source for Patagonia in Philadelphia (their main store further west on South St). No other store in the city comes close to having the variety and assortment of their products. Also great for Canada Goose, Alden, and other leather boot brands. Woodsy, crunchy-granola vibe.
Awesome store. Great variety of apparel and the store set up is super comfortable. The owner and staff are more than accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with what I was purchasing (I spent 2 hours in the store trying on jackets and asking them a million questions). Would much rather support this local business than purchase online somewhere else. They even offer 10% off for things they dont have in stock and have to order for you for this reason.
Thank you for the prompt delivery from another part of world :)
South street gem Totem has everything you could want for the outdoors and more. The staff is super friendly and flexible. I’ve night a pair of redwings and some Filson goods and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Shop Small 👍🏻
This is a mens store, with a womens only store a few doors down. The womens only store is very nice, but has mostly Patagonia clothing. The mens store is beautifully set up and the type of store you can walk through for 30min just taking everything in. Although I didnt end up buying anything I will definitely return. They only sell high quality clothing, including American made boutique brands, so the prices are a reflection of that. Its great to have mens stores like this in Philly.
Unique clothing and shoes for those going for a rugged, fashionable look. lots of brands, including eco-friendly small batch companies. you will certainly get compliments on any piece you buy from this store. the owner is also really nice. I will definitely be returning
Placed an order online for 13 total items, and I received a cancellation email within 5 minutes saying that they did not have enough stock to fulfill your order. All 13 items were cancelled! You should do a better job of updating item stock online.
The atmosphere when you walk in very authentic and genuine to the Americana vibe the shop is going for. They have a lot of hard to find brands and styles in stock that you cant otherwise find locally. Great place to stop by and shop for the rugged man.
Stumbled onto this place while walking down South Street and was shocked, because most of South Street is sub-par. I was searching for some grooming products, and Im so glad I popped in here. Found some beard wash and beard softener here because I was itching like crazy. I thought Whole Foods might carry those products, but unfortunately not. They do sell other merchandise like clothing and such, and they seem to be reasonably priced.
Awesome assortment of functional quality brands. Its great to see a quality retailer on south!
Great shop for top quality apparel from Filson, Patagonia and others.
Great selection of Kapital, Beams, etc
The only place I know in Philadelphia where you can buy high end clothing like Filson. Prices are reasonable for what you got the only drawback I see is sometimes the selections a little Limited
Great selection and service, these guys are on top of their game!
Beware! 14 day return policy is terrible. If you order a Christmas gift on or before 12/12 it can not be returned or exchanged. Total scam!
They have a lot of Great quality clothes, shoes and accessories. A great selection of Raw Denim and Selvage Denim. A lot of it is made in America. The best mens store in Philadelphia. The employee or owner was very helpful and friendly. They even have Philadelphia made jeans and ties and soap from Bucks County. The brands I could remember are Filson, Red Wing, Wolverine, Norman Porter, Tellason, Pointer Brand, Taylor Stitch, Danner, Hunter, Deus ex Machina, Iron and Resin, Marmot, Fjallraven, Tanner Goods, Ball and Buck, Chipewa, Miansai. Oh yeah they have a lot of leather goods and plenty of quality bags. Lot of soy wax candles too. So many pretty ones and great scented ones that have different flavors of wine as well. Lots of boots too. Also have soap incense face care and pomade and even shave sets. Great store for gifts. So far I got hand made jeans and hand made shirt. Cant wait to get the hand made wooden sunglasses!
Best casual mens clothing in the city. And starting to carry womens stuff too.
Great customer service!!!
Awesome!
