I love the brand. Super-simple, modern without being out there, perfect cuts in the clothing, and the stuff is very well made. Leans toward price, but the quality is worth it. This particular store is first-rate when it comes to service. I had a bit of a dilemma, and the staff offered quite a few viable solutions. Its a smaller store than we have in Manhattan, but Id say 90% of the offerings. Great, open environment, clean and contemporary store. And I love merchants who stand behind what they sell - Theory is that in spades!

Came in and purchased 3 shirts and the staff couldnt have been more helpful to find my size and offered suggestions which were great. All 3 of the employees who were there each helped locate what I wanted and I was in and out quickly. Love this place.

Theory offers wonderful personalized services. I reach out directly to one of the managers if I have a question about a product all the time and receive prompt, helpful answers. I have special ordered items several times, too. I already loved the clothes, but this location really cannot be beat when it comes to customer service.
