Great coffee, great atmosphere. Good place for those who like black coffee—generally have something solid on drip and can make a nice pour over of a range of high quality beans if you’re feeling fancy.
Nice coffee, very cute shop. Kind employees too.
One of my favorite coffee shops they know what I want and how I like it I’ve got a nice hot chai waiting for me as soon as I get inside super Covid compliant I always feel safe here always have some chill music with a smooth grinding of grounds in the background great stuff for the summer Coachella for a nice winter warm up with a delicious espresso highly recommend
Ive had coffee from here before and it was solid, but today I was handed the worst coffee Ive ever had (and Ive had a lot). Guessing it was the bottom of the canister or something, but my nitro cold brew tasted like the coffee equivalent of whats left at the bottom of a near-empty beer bottle. Please dont serve people the dregs if this is what they taste like.
Beautiful interior design, with comfortable seating in a small space. The outdoor seating for people watchers will not be disappointed. Coffee is standard drip for a boutique cafe.
Been going to Greenstreet off and on for about a decade. Its always consistent and good.
I was disappointed by the lack of food options but Im sure coffee lovers get more out of this place. Service was good.
I liked it. Was a nice day out.. had a great time
This has been my favourite coffee shop in Philly since I moved here! They have done an excellent job and their product quality did not suffer during the pandemic with the ‘to-go’ adaptation. The baristas are highly trained and take their coffee pretty seriously. They have fantastic blends coming out of their roastery. Lupara Espresso is my regular pick!!
Great coffee and great people! I rarely stop at these coffee shops but I’m glad I stopped here. The coffee was great and it was STRONG!!! 10 minutes into drinking the coffee I was about to run up the art museum steps. I’m glad I didn’t Cause I probably would have had a heart attack and rolled down the steps. Definitely come here if you need a pick me up.
Always a great experience at Green St Coffee. Friendly, knowledgeable, and tasty. They serve double shots in porcelain espresso cups with saucers and sparkling water on the side. What else do you need in life?
Cool shop great cold brew
Ok no sugar free anything syrup or stevia or nada. In todays day and age come on guys... looking for coffee near hotel this was closest so back to Starbucks.
Very good coffee spot! Love their cortado!
Very good coffee! But missed my cold foam from Starbucks!
Very Good Coffees! Fine service, thank you ladies.
Sweet little coffee shop. Nice service.
Its a great Gem in the neighborhood.
Cute shop. Friendly staff. Madelyn was amazing.
Customer service was really good and I enjoyed my Iced Mocha Latte. Itll definitely be my neighborhood stop!
Worth the wait for a really good cup of coffee. Chocolate filled croissant was delicious. Great music. The coffee is wonderful, the folks behind the bar are super friendly.
Iced chai latte was great and refreshing
Very friendly workers! They have unique Coffee filtering techniques I am intrigued to try
Good coffee, good service, and the barista was very nice.
Great coffee and great staff. Glad they were able to adjust to covid restrictions and keep on serving some really good coffee
Lovely service. The biscottis were in point the coffee great. Bajista was super friendly!
Greenstreet Coffee is on one of the coziest corners of Philadelphia. Coffee from them has always been nothing short of amazing. The staff is so welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a quality cup of coffee!!
Greenstreet Coffee is by far my favorite roaster in the city. I primarily drink espresso and their knowledgeable baristas helped pick roasts that were perfect for that style brew.During quarantine I’ve been buying online and the beans always come within a day or two of ordering. And the roast dates are always recent too.I’ve tried various local roasters, and while they were good, I always come back to Greenstreet.
Nice, educated and efficient batistas. Cute atmosphere. Get the nitro cold brew it will give ya the shakes so good you wont even notice that your heart is trying to explode out of your chest.
Very polite, and friendly wait staff. I really enjoyed my coffee, and plan to return to try the coffee that is made in the lab style, glass dripper... It looks so cool
A great corner shop for coffee. also love their pounds of coffee for gifts. outdoor seating is a great place to sit with the dog and watch the neighborhood walk by.
Had coffee outside with a friend. Always a good experience. Coffee as always is great. Social distancing procedures in place.
Good coffee, horrible staff. They also gave me a burning hot tea in which I could barely walk with. Not only is this unsafe but it burns the tea leaves... I asked for an extra cup so I didnt burn myself and the lady rolled her eyes at me.
First timer here. Order: oat milk latte. Great service. Very powerful flavor but not overwhelming. The closest thing I could compare their go to espresso to (they offer multiple espressos!) would be like biting into a Dove chocolate. Will return.
Really good Coffee. I had there drip Mexico coffee
What a cozy little shop that has really good coffee. Friendly service. Clean, good spot to sit outside and people watch.
The coffee was really good and i had a croissant too. I really enjoyed it. Nice Coffee Shop.
Greenstreet is a cozy little corner cafe with indoor/outdoor seating and good service. It has a real chill atmosphere and is a great spot to just sit outside on beautiful Philly day to chat, people watch, read a book or enjoy the neighborhood ambiance.I definitely love stopping by after a long work day to enjoy an iced mocha (& biscotti) and just watch the world zip by.
Great staff very accommodating grinded my beans for me they really know how to roast
I love their coffee but the baristas mask keeps sliding off of his face. He had to lift it up over a dozen times while I was ordering. One star.
Excellent coffee at this tiny little spot which has outdoor seating and is observing social distancing, two customers at a time and if youre in a group have one person go in with the orders of your whole squad.
Great place, with great people coming through and a great staff. It was a great first experience with Greenstreet Coffee Co.
Love them, nice smooth espresso!
Great coffe, kind staff, and parking was pretty easy too!
I have given Green street a couple tries because of its cute look and location. However twice I have ordered iced coffee there and it is terrible, bitter with no flavor. I ordered a matcha latte and it was also not good. I ordered 2 iced coffees today for $7 and my friend and I could not even drink them. I want to support this place because it is in my neighborhood but they NEED to fix their iced coffee recipe ASAP!
The only decent place to get coffee in center city
Best coffee in Philly. 100%
I love this place! High quality coffee. Great cappuccinos.
Love stopping by and getting coffee here on my weekly bike ride!!
Cool location to meet with coworkers. The service was very sociable and kind. The place has a cool feel to it. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
Amazing coffee and better baristas
Great little space
Stopped by on the way to do some sight seeing. Great fresh brewed roasted coffee. The staff was friendly and the price was great compared to the national brand. They roast their own single country beans and change it up frequently.
Greenstreet is a place to go where everybody really does know your name. I made it through nursing school thanks to my hours spent studying at Greenstreet. In that time, I got to really soak in all that the shop has to offer: great drinks, hospitable atmosphere and baristas passionate about their product and their customers. I read a review from someone else who referred to Greenstreet as a “good alternative to Starbucks.” Frankly, Starbucks is a bad alternative to Greenstreet. There’s something about a business that has great relationships with the other surrounding businesses; Greenstreet would certainly win Miss Congeniality in the neighborhood pageant. I was impressed before, but thanks to covid I went 5 months without my daily stop in - and today, when I came in, everyone still knew my name. Do your soul and your tastebuds a favor and make a stop, or several.
Went there on a Friday I think. The service was very sociable and kind. The place has a great atmosphere.
Yummm! they close early sometimes and without warning, call first
Scoped this out ahead of time for after a post-procedure visit at Jefferson--easy walk, cute neighbourhood. Did not disappoint. Very small & quaint inside, but sitting outside in the sun is the real treat. Coffee was spectacular...literally. Very well done...makes breaking my fast all worth it!
Cute little shop on the corner. Was reasonable priced and just a few blocks from the park. They didnt have a ton of flavors to add to your coffee, but it was understandable with the smaller space. The staff was really friendly and quick
Service is great! We tried the Kyoto Cold Brew which we have never heard of, and while its incredibly strong, its delicious and unique. The prices are also amazing, not too expensive and the music in house is groovy :) I highly reccomend this shop!
Grabbed a latte and a mixed berry danish in the morning before watching the Broad Street Race. Delicious latte, strong but not bitter. The danish was a sweet delight as well. The shop is small but cute. I would definitely pick up a brew here again!
Good coffee and friendly staff also it was only half a block from our apartment
Pretty cool little coffee place. Very philly. Its small and with two baristas. There is a good coffee selection with decent pricing. The latte was delicious. Highly recommended.
One of my favorites! Tip top shop in a super picturesque corner. Great coffee assortment, and was one of the first to have multiple espresso varieties to choose from. whenever Im nearby I try to stop in.
Im not a coffee connoisseur so I cant rate the flavor of their beans :) However I truly enjoy getting a cup of freshly brewed coffee and eating my chocolate croissant at Greenstreet. The staff is very friendly and the shop is super comfy to sit and relax. I feel right at home there. I work close by and have always referred it to my customers. They also sell their beans for a good price which is great if you really like one of their roasts. Great place!!
Great coffee, great baristas, and cute space. I love the nitro brew as well as their other varieties of coffee. Whenever I am close to green street, I always stop in for a java.
The staff is even better than the coffee and thats saying something
I was so stuffed. Looking forward to a return trip. The bill was good for how much you get.
$3.50 pourovers (at least a dollar cheaper than anywhere else youll go). I thought the beans were slightly darker than described, but still great. Roughly 8 different small tables, each with 1-2 seats. Perfect date spot; not the best study/reading/work spot given the smaller tables and wooden seats.
I come here every day for my morning restorative; its my favorite coffee in the city. The brew is absolutely delicious, both their house roast the roasts they bring in from around the world. I get a shot of their Kenyan espresso in my red eye, the flavor is incredible. It makes my day. Their baristas are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and make beautiful latte art. If youre a Philly coffee buff, or you just need a pick me up and an almond croissant, you absolutely must come try Greenstreet.
I love this joint! Great coffee and cozy atmosphere! Staff is down to earth and not stuck up about their coffee!
Cute spot for a cup of coffee. Very small/cozy. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff
$3 iced coffee...wow! Nice and strong, but certainly not bitter. Great outdoor area. Just wanted to sit in the sun all day. Lovely!
The hours posted on Google are incorrect - they actually close at 6:00pm during the week in the winter. I visited at around 5:45pm and was looking for a place to relax and charge my phone, but was told they were closing soon. The baristas were nice about it and I just took my drink and left. I know its late for a coffee shop, but thats the only reason I stopped by, because it was listed as being open later than all the other coffee shops. At this point I was too disappointed to even enjoy my drink.
Great cappuccino, good tea selection, and tasty ginger scone and banana nut muffin. Small place but about 8 little tables inside and a few seats out on the sidewalk, too. Friendly staff!
Great coffee! Reasonable price for high quality. Small space and a good place for one or two people to sit and talk/work.
Just visiting town and find this place with good Kyoto cold brew and friendly staff :3
Dropped into Philly for a bit. This coffee shop was amazing. Simple, comfortable and homey vibe. The best Chai Latte I have ever had!
Cute little coffee shop. Great tasting coffee. Had soy milk option. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very limited food opinions.
One of the best coffee alternatives to Starbucks. Everything is delicious from the fi gr foods to the selection of coffees. Small and quaint. Outside seating right in the Gayborhood.
Cool little corner coffeehouse. The barista knew most of the other customers by name. Prices are reasonable. Ill put it in the rotation.
Friendly staff and delicious espresso! Cool decor. Try it, youll love it.
The coffee was good enough & the staff appropriately friendly, but to call it a coffee shop is a bit of a stretch. Its more like a large stand. Definitely not a stay & linger type of place.
Quiet coffee shop with a bunch of tables for outdoor seating. Its small so Id recommend sitting outside if its nice.
Best cap in the city.
