Could care less about customer experience and in fact said that if you didnt like it here you could get your gaming needs taken care of somewhere else like Amazon or Walmart. Kid has some nerve, turns out hes right those places do offer better value and experience. Who needs GAMESTOP anyway.

Avoid this place like it’s the plague. I’ve been shopping there for years and never had any trouble, the old staff was amazing, always made you feel welcome and always very helpful! The new staff that’s in there are miserable and unwelcoming. There was a policy I was unaware of that they failed to explain, instead they made me feel like a criminal. If I choose to continue to shop at GameStop I will be going an hour out of my way to go to the one in Norristown!

This GameStop sines because of its solid staff. Every time we happen to go into the store during one of our errand runs, they are always very welcoming and pleasant to just chat with while browsing the collection of gaming gear. One of the few solid locations still left with the brand!

Bring back funcoland

I showed up to buy a copy of Persona 5 a few months ago, but it was an hour before the games official street release time, so I spent an hour standing quietly in the corner playing gameboy and quietly watching the employees work. I have never seen such a dazzling professionalism; friendly, competent, informed, and upbeat across a broad spectrum of customers and issues.

This Gamestop Prestige level store is one of the best in this area. They are thorough and fair. Really appreciate the manager at this store.

Went in 5 times and got the run around on a buy 2 get one free. Was given a different story every time. Other stores may be fine, stay away from this one.

Store is full of a bunch of lying employees that hold merchandise and lie about the manager not being in the store to cover it up. They made me drive hours to get turned away

One of the few GameStop locations that have retro games in stock for the GameBoy, Nintendo64 and Sega. A big chunk of the floor space is dedicated to ThinkGeek collectibles. If you come at the right time, you can score some great clearance deals on these items like buy one, get one free.

Store manager is very friendly and helpful and doesnt seem to mind a couple minute conversation.

This GameStop is pretty much just like all the other ones Ive been to. You walk in, someone usually greets you and asks if youre looking for something in particular, a normal store. The prices they offer you to trade in some used games varies game to game, but if youre looking to just get rid of them, bring them here. Their game and game console selection is very large, and they even have certain PC games and trading cards, Skylanders, amiibos, etc. Usually if they dont have what youre looking for, you can give them a name and phone number to call and they will contact you when it will soon be available.

You can tell the business is dying. Trade in rates are plummeting, store is a mess.

Great customer service, always helpful and friendly. My 12 year old asks alot of questions and they always treat him with respect and give professional help.
