Such an amazing office. The optometrist is exceptional and all the staff is extraordinarily friendly and warm. They took their time with me and didnt make me feel rushed or silly. And the office takes Medicaid insurance which is hard to find. Overall probably the best medical type office I have ever been to and Im chronically ill so I have experienced a lot. Wish I could find a primary care office of this caliber! Thank you to everyone at this office for such an amazing experience!

I had to change eye doctors after 32 years of going to the same place 😢 I found east falls eye associates and am extremely satisfied with their staff and service. I guess Ill be here for the next 32 years LOL

I was a little skeptical due to the outside looks of the place, but I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. This was my first time here. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating and they sanitized frequently.

Called because I ripped my last contact and haven’t been to a dr because of covid the last year. Quickest appointment was in 2 weeks which I understand, but refused to give a spare contact in the meantime so that I could continue to drive and run my small business. When I mentioned I do deliveries for my business and am driving with one eye, they didn’t seem to see the urgency of the situation or help at all for over two weeks. Saying my contacts were too outdated but the box doesn’t even expire until 6/2021. Negligent.

Everything about my experience here was great. The staff could not have been friendlier, plus the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

An altogether pleasant experience. Front of office staff was friendly and helpful, as was Dr. Jones. I was in and out over lunch. Also - for the germaphobes out there, Dr. Jones sanitized everything multiple times during my visit. Recommend this office.

Im a huge customer-service person. They get high marks when it comes to customer-service. Very friendly type atmosphere. This was my first visit and Im scheduled for another real soon. Ill follow-up with another review. So far Im liking what I see. In comparison to other office visits Ive had, this is top-notch!6-3-16. Performed more testing and purchased two pair of glasses at a great price. Just to note, I am a VET and was given a discount with the purchase of my glasses which made me even more satisfied with my experience. If you want great customer-service, professionalism, then go here. The doctor goes over all your test results with you and ensures you understand whats going on with your vision. Ive never been so throughly tested in all my years with any eye physician. This is my first review of any type for anything whether its a service or product. Im very satisfied with my visit to this business.

Dr. Jesse Jones is a top notch optometrist with incredible patience, especially for a pain like myself. Aside from he expertise and being easy on the eyes, Dr. Jones is prepared with all the latest equipment that many doctors do not have.His staff is just a bonus. Funny, friendly and also well-educated. If there were a ball on the floor, they would be on top of it. THATS how good they are. Thanks EFEA!

I paid for insurance against scratched lenses and I brought the lens back because it was scratched they did not honor it an office worker Justin its not a medical assistant and not licensed but he applies eye drops into patients eyes he always wears the same kind of clothes everyday then theres lizzo up front shes got three dresses Doctor Jones was treating me for an injury he took a bribe from the defense and despite the mans by my lawyer for medical opinion refuses to give it because dr. Jones took a bribe I do not recommend them at all parking is dangerous on Ridge Avenue their office is small glasses are out of date Im sorry I spent thousands of dollars there I will not go there again

Great place. Have been a patient there for a few years now. Guaranteed quick and friendly service while being personable and attentive to your needs. The staff is awesome, always there be as helpful and courteous. Also, very competitive pricing for the post-grads like myself.

The staff a friendly and Dr. Jones is great! The office is clean and comfortable. They have a decent selection of eye glasses you are able to choose from. It is a really convenient location for me as well.

I cancelled my appointment for 12/31/2019. The woman who answered was rude and gave me the wrong information regarding my insurance. After I called my insurance and they said this site was listed as participating I called back and kept getting voicemail. I finally got the Dr and I mentioned my family go to this practice. All of a sudden I got an appt. I cx and am going to Salus - Henry Ave.

I would recommend this location for any adult and young children. It is an adult environment; however, the staff catered to my 5-year-old and helped him to enjoy his experience.While waiting, we read a childrens book about the various eyes/vision of many different types of animals. The eye technician enjoyably engaged my son and he thought it was interesting to see a baloon through the machine while initially examining his eyes.Dr. Jesse was wonderful! He gave my son a pound when they met. The reason why we were there is because the nurse at my sons school documented a concern. The specialist performed several test to ensure that my sons vision was great and addressed all concerns (what a relief). I was impressed as how still my son sat during the entire examination!Justin was absolutely amazing as he conversed with my son about his favorite characters and superheroes. Justin even wears super hero socks! Justin allowed him to play with power ranger and catboy toy figures (my sons favorites). Justin even gave my son a teenage mutant ninja turtle activity book with stickers and crayons when we left.We enjoyed our first visit and you will too!

Its a nice little facility. The staff greeted and welcomed me in and took my information and I went ahead with my appointment. The examination went well and Ill be getting my new glasses in 7 to 10 business days.

Fantastic eye care resource in East Falls!From the outside, this nondescript establishment on a kinda icky stretch of Ridge Ave looks more like a dive bar or methadone clinic than a modern healthcare facility. But step inside, and youll find a warm, lively office with professional staff led by thoughtful, personable Dr. Jones.Big fan of going local, whenever possible. Very happy to know this fine level of care is available so close to home. Great vibe, here. Went in for yearly check-up recently, and appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment, and how thorough & unhurried Dr. Jones was, despite his bustling office.Hes not just for eyeglasses, either. I love knowing that hes right around the corner in case of eye injury or infection, too.Been wearing glasses all my life, and sometimes going to the eye doctor has left me feeling fleeced -- what with the UV coatings & other optional lens treatments that add really add up. Did NOT feel that way at EFEA! The office worked all angles to make the most of my insurance plans allotment, and I am delighted with the service I received.

OK where do I start, this place is heaven sent. I have been to at least 4 eye doctors in the past 5 years trying to get my insurance to cover my eye materials and contact lenses fitting fee for a progressive eye condition that was declining significantly. I was told by my insurance that this office took my insurance but also dealt with my condition. I called spoke to the receptionist and informed her what I had been through over the years with being denied each time. She reassured me that the doctor was well aware of how the insurance works and he would FIGHT FOR ME. Well I cant not thank the entire staff for their patience with questions even when I called a million times to give them an update or getting all my medical records. They know how to handle the insurance company because I received a letter for an approval of medical services. Im a forever greatful for this awesome staff and giving me hope again. Thanks Dr. Jones and East Fall Eye Associates, I will never go anywhere else.
