Had to switch from Americas Best to this Vision Center. They were very helpful and professional! Loved it here.....was in and out and was able to do some shopping and get back to work on time!

They just dont pick up ..and if u walk in they dont send u back to go make an appointment.

I had a pleasant experience. I knew how much everything was right from the start. My glasses were made pretty quickly. I have a great warrenty on them as well as they accidently got scratched and Im getting new lenses for free. They even had clip on sunglasses that fit my frames perfectly for a cheap price. I will be dealing with them for my next pair of glasses.

Absolutely, completely,utterly useless, manager is a turnip.Could not refill my contact perscription even though they issued and had it in stock. Go anywhere else.

I will never go there again! The optometrist DR. PATEL there is rude and unprofessional and lied when addressed about my visit today. She is independent of this Walmart location within the store so any complaints made unfortunately there is nothing that can be done... I strongly suggest going elsewhere for an eye exam

EXTREAMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO ONE HAS A CLUE ON WHAT THEIR DOING OR SUPPOSED TO BE DOING LET ALONE GIVE THEIR PATIENTS COMMON COURTESY OR PROPER INFO...THEY CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH AN EYE EXAM IS .....YOU CAN GET A MUCH BETTER PRICE ELSEWHERE

The Doctor had an attitude the FIRST time I went, but the the last two times I went she was very good! My percription was on point!

I spoke to Gabriel who assured me that I was able to come in and they would find my script for me. I was seen by an optometrist but when I came in there was a different optometrist and she was able to find my script. I was very pleased because the first optometrist told me I had to pay 60 dollars a piece for contacts. The second Optometrist was very professional and she was very sweet. Gabriel checked my insurance and told me that it was covered and I only had to pay 20 dollars for them instead of 120 the first optometrist originally told me which was so nice of him to be able to take the time to check and made a huge impression of being not only professional but very pleasent as well...only issue was they didnt have my brand of contacts in and had to order them. I was so disappointed that I had to wear my annoying glasses walking out and thought I had to wear them till my contacts came in. He noticed I was a little upset and he talked to the optometrist and she gave me a trial pair till mine came in. I would HIGHLY recomend them and I will also name the optometrist who was really really great!!!! Between Gabriel and the second optometrist this experience who I would give a 10+++- to because of both of their help, patience, and way beyond helpful which is way better than my experience than the optometrist I used to go to at Drexel which just wasted my time and money parking because they failed to tell me they no longer accepted my insurance which they should have told me when I called to schedule my appointment and also at the time they called me back a month later to confirme my appointment. I would highly recommend the Walmart on Adams ave and the Blvd. Very professional,pleasant to deal with, not a long wait time, and it dosent take a month to set up an appointment that may or may not take your insurance. This truely was the Best experience ever!!!! Oh and I was told my contacts should take about 10-15 days to come in and I believe they came in a week instead of what they told me so this to was a really nice surprise!!!!

I asked the optometrist if I would be able to see before she put drops in my eyes and she lied to me and said yeah,so Im not dealing with them anymore
