Stellar customer service that goes above and beyond. I had a shipment that was delayed and delivered outside of the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, the delay resulted in some of the items going bad in transit. It was completely outside of Allen Brothers control, but they stepped up, offered several possible solutions, and followed through. If there was an issue, Allen Brothers was quick to call me and keep me in the loop. I never had to reach out once to initiate a conversation, they were always on top of it. Their pro-active customer service sets the bar high compared to any other specialty meat distributor. Based on my experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer for many years.
Terrible customer service. Used to be fantastic. I have ordered coffee from them for about 12 years or so. They have just decided that Im outside their delivery area, and they refuse to ship me coffee any longer. Even if you are in their delivery area, dont use them. Poor service should not be rewarded.
Customer service could use some effort. Vendor was 1/2 hour late and never even called to let us know. We had to call him. Then we were told (after we reached out to them after not hearing from anyone for 2 weeks) that we didn’t meet the White criteria; so he refused to sell to us (I mean we didn’t meet the ‘right’ criteria).
Typical lazy union warehouse workers. Unorganized in operational processes, which is evident the moment you pull in.Plan to spend a day there waiting to get unloaded unless youre a local union carrier.
