I was very impressed with this Rite Aid store. Their staff wiped down the door handles as each customer left the store and there was a staff person at the entrance with a thermometer for anyone with coronavirus symptoms to assist those customers who might need specific medications. The store had great video screens that provided extra security!
Whoever was behind the cash register around 6:30 was very rude. I spoke and said hello and she didn’t respond. Also asked her how she was.. if you are going to have a nasty attitude do not work in customer service.
Theres is no problem with the customer service as my review is based more against the companys point system! Twice I have had enough points for gold status to get 20 percent off in the store and twice they have disregarded my points and started me over. Dont like for this reason and will not go there if not necessary.
Able to get everything I needed this shopping trip and enjoyed several bargains and used my wellness points.💳
This is a great Rite Aid the place looks so cool the building is very old and cool looking everyone is friendly but the place is laid out weird prices are good tho
The place is open 24-7. always stocked!!!!
Good place in center city Philadelphia
My experience going into this rite aid. I purchased lotta body lotion and the cashier whom is pregnant and muslim didnt let me know that it was a hole at the bottom of the bottle. All of my stuff was wet and messy.
Its a hit or miss sometimes but this morning that cashier with that fro was so rude I will never shop there again. I go there every day at least 3 times and to get treated like that was appalling
Great store. Clean and well stocked. Friendly staff.
Great store and friendly staff. Lots of inventory and selection 👍
My criticism of this Rite Aid their employee recruiter is that their recruitment of employees are horible and need to be evaluated. I wonder what the turnover look like because they are not looking for employees with integrity, but some who will tell them what they want to hear. They ask open ended questions that dont allow space for potential employees to explain. Those are poor questionnaires for recruitment and you lose potential good employees because of it
Have you ever taken a trip to the Emergency Room when you did NOT have a fatal injury?Visiting this Rite Aid location is like that - the lines are consistently long and if you need an item that is locked for some reason (on this particular visit, I needed a couple 2032 batteries), good luck finding someone on the sales floor to help you.If you are just passing through and have some extra time, this is fine; however, if your customer experience requires a little urgency - it is* Center City a lot of people may be on breaks - I would suggest finding another store to visit. Its taken me a year to give up on this RiteAid. Based upon the reviews whose complaints are similar or the same, this store will not change.
Its a rite aid.. It serves its purpose. What do you expect? Caviar at the door? Move on with your lives people.
Got to love the neighborhood Rite Aid great deals they have
They accepted prescription called in from Vybe as they were closing without telling Vybe. Also had incorrect hours online as they discontinued 24 hour pharmacy months ago. Had to start antibiotics later for my daughter, which led to an extra 12 hours of unnecessary pain from an ear infection.
I walk all the way to this pharmacy, you know, because its open 24 hours, the doors are locked and I guy comes up to it and yells were not letting anyone in now, who needs a pharmacy at 3am?. Im thinking.... Me. He told me to come back around 6 or 6:30. OK. No.
Very pleasant, the workers were very helpful and I found everything that I needed.
Worst one indeed. I went in bought a red bull. Then walking down the street their security guard grips it up from behind while Im walking. I turn around ready to hit him. He accused me of stealing it I dhow receipt no apology he goes on to tell me Im not allowed to put my hams in my pocket in his store. Rite Aid will never get another dollar from me
This particular location is very outdated. It has most basic items Rite Aide have, but cut in half. There isnt really new products available as they come out. There is always a long line, and they seem understaffed. The pharmacy didnt have basic meds, so I was a bit disappointed. Floors were really kind of dirty.
Good store.
Hard working employees and helpful manager
Typical but not huge ride aid in a classic building they adapted to suit.
Just got carded for a lighter because it’s a “tobacco product”. I didn’t know lighters were made from tobacco...
Great rite aid location
Everything you need in one spot!
Always long lines and understaffed.
Very helpful
24rs wide selections
Worst one
