My wife and I LOVE the face products from here. The In Two Minds line has worked wonders for our skin, especially since we live in the south where the humidity is brutal. Every time weve visited this store the staff has been very knowledgeable and great at recommending and letting us try new products.

I stumbled upon Aēsop on a sunny Saturday as I’ve always passed it, yet never had a time to come in and check the store out. The location itself is where the Art of Shaving used to be and it’s a lovely addition to Walnut Street.The store itself is quaint and simple, yet when you step in; the two employees are nothing but lovely and accommodating. Lily, one of the Aēsop staff was kind enough enough to grab my puppy a bowl of water as I was looking around, asking me whether I needed help. Her skin, along with her personality was so lovely! I told her about my concerns and what I was looking for and Lily listened, rather than giving me products and going about my way; she asked me if she can try the products out on my skin to see how I felt about it and we can go from there.Lily also made sure I knew I can come back if I ever had any questions or concerns, her customer service is one of the reasons why I will be back as a occurring client. My skin feels amazing, as she taught me how to balance my skin and taught me a few tips.Thank you so much Lily for your amazing service!

Love their fragances, wonderful products and services. They try making shopping a whole experience and the associate was very nice and knowledgeable but everything took a little long. Not cheap.
