I went to this Walgreens because their website said that they had the product I needed in stock. When I arrived, the employees did not know where to locate the product.So, I ordered it online from my phone and decided to wait in the store for 30 minutes for them to fulfill the online order, per the instructions on the website. After 30 minutes had passed I asked a manager if my order was ready. She informed me that they did not have the product in stock (though her employees assured me they did and the website said they did and, and allowed me to order it for pickup). She said that I would receive an email letting me know that the product was out of stock. This was useless, as I had already spent nearly an hour at the store.TWO DAYS LATER I received an email informing me that the product was not in stock.
Switched to Walgreens because CVS is such a nightmare. Everything was fine for a month, until now. For two days, Ive been trying to get pain and other medicine after wisdom tooth extraction. Went in the store, they hadnt even gotten the scrip because of technical problems Been trying to call for two days, and the phones wont even put you through. Its bad enough for me being in pain, but what about the people with life threatening issues? Unacceptable. This appears to be an ongoing problem, with no sense of urgency as far as I can tell.
The pharmacy works quickly to prepare your prescriptions.The floor staff are friendly and helpful. They don’t just point to where to find a product they walk over with you to find it.
This walgreens seems to be very selective on who can return items. Ive witnessed a (black) man purchase an item then changed his mind to purchase a different item and walked back to customer service to return the original item and they declined his request. The rep said that he didnt purchase the item. I was taken aback. I then asked the 2 asian cashiers why and they couldnt answer me.... I would never want to be in a situation like that, so Walgreens would be the last convenience (not!) store that I would shop in.
Im posting on behalf of a family member who had an appointment to receive their COVID shot today at this location, but was TURNED AWAY because they werent 75--despite having qualifying conditions that approve them to receive the shot. Great way to protect the community.
Horrible customer service. They never have the coupons that are mentioned on the price on shelves. Employees act like they are doing you a favor.

Prescriptions are never ready. I get a notification at 830am that meds are ready when I show up at 3pm they are still not ready and take an additional 30min-21hr
Had bad experience in this location, just want to print pictures for my Mom birthday but stuff walked away, even I asked for help couple of times then I leave the store without printing pictures for my Mom Birthday. Do not recommend this place for printing pictures.
Went to store today and got refused to give the first responders discount by manager on duty in the evening, said he never got any emails. When asked him, about any other store participating. He said he don’t know and didn’t even try to look up about it or help.

The pharmacy part of the store is more than satisfactory. The people that work at the cash registers and the store manager are complete idiots. They let the lines build up and never know when its time to open another one. This store really needs people who know what theyre doing up front
