This costume/Halloween store was the biggest and best Halloween store I have ever visited! TONS of decor, costumes, and accessories of all different varieties. Highly recommended especially if you are into cosplay!

We went last minute so my daughter could find a costume. The manager handled the crowd well and made sure there werent too many people in the store at one time. The lines were moving quickly.

People working there not nice 😕 definitely not recommendedAlso I dont need exchange, when we purchased costumes nobody said anything about no return when we had 4 costumes. On main cash register you can see signs but any on second cash register on the side. Only one information was only card payment

Went there to get a costume thought one costume was cool then I checked out tried it on at home on the pack it say it comes with glove and a belt no where did I see gloves or a belt and they also never said it wouldn’t come with gloves or a belt heavily scammed and overpriced

A really impressive costume store. It was far bigger than I was expecting. They have a ton of costumes, fake weapons, glitter, hair, and many other horror items for sale. I found the store well organized and clean. There is plenty of parking outside the strip mall they are located in.

I love this place. The staff are friendly. They have a great variety of costumes and accessories. Costume sizes run small for plus sizes. But you can put something together with all the different selections.

Great selection of costumes and accessories. Truly my year round Halloween headquarters. It felt good knowing cosplayers frequently visits that store. I recommend that store, they tell me how they already go to it.

Absolutely the best masquerade store in costume store by far that I have been too I will be going there from now on buying all of my Halloween costumes and any type of masquerade attire that is needed for whatever event that Im attending. And the customer service there is amazing!I absolutely love my masquerade masks that I purchased from there

From children to adults, they got costumes for everyone. A great variety, plenty of accessories, and a friendly staff. The store is well supplied and organized. I will DEFINITELY be going back to shop again.

Cool store. But the employees must be trained to look at every customer as a shoplifter. I was followed around the store with my daughter and asked twice by the same person if I needed help with anything. I told him no both times. Nothing, while shopping, puts me off more than being stalked by an employee. Maybe they have a big problem with shoplifters. Im a well dressed middle age white guy, so I cant say it was profiling.

They are fully stocked with every mask and costume you can imagine. My daughter and i needed a mask for my friends masquerade bday party. This store is fully stocked with full body costumes to just the right accessories to complete your look

A costume shop open all year round and not just right before and after Halloween?? I am so there! I always really enjoy browsing the store and its wide variety of costumes, accessories, and props. They do have a section of the store dedicated to theatrical makeup and wigs, at which one of the sales staff members will gladly assist with any makeup or wig-related needs. My involvement in theater has turned me into quite the costume and makeup junkie, so its nice to know theres a place in the city where I can indulge that obsession!

Decent selection even for larger sizes, if you can stand the creepy, rude, condescending, sales people I didn’t needed or asked for help but they approached (3 different people,) they asked if I needed help and all the information they gave me was incorrect and they did not care. Very uninformed sales people there. I bought one item and left as fast as I could. I figure I will go to party city next time. This store is more convenient and I have spent a lot of money here, but today was the last drop.

This place is awesome. If you find yourself needing a costume or some part of a costume and its nowhere near Halloween season, this is the place to go. You will probably find what youre looking for as they have the largest amount of costumes, etc that Ive ever seen all year long. Its wot stopping in just to look around.

Ive been here multiple times, most recently last week and Im not sure what all this negative fuss is over. I mean, as a capable adult-- I was more than able to navigate the store and my questions were properly addressed. Do people honestly need their hand held at every store they go to? No. That is the answer-- NO, they do not. Grow a pair and shop like an adult.

It was a great place I only had one thing that I was concerned about I was looking for a plain white mask they didnt have it they only had a black mask maybe Im making too much of it but however I think if they had a black mass they should have other colored masks as well

They have it all in this place. Open all year which is very convenient if youre doing a random costume party or want to buy an early Halloween costume before october

Their website says they are open until 10PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We got there at 8PM and they were closed at 8. Wouldn’t even look at us through the door. Would not answer the phone.

This place is full with costumes. Different varieties to match your liking. Its a bit pricy too.

All the big box costumes and accessories you could hope for plus a selection of mass produced gothish/alt fashion, sky high heels (Pleasers,etc) and adult novelties (upstairs so the kiddies dont have access). If youre looking for an easy Halloween this is your place. Lots of low-mid end options. Basics like beads, domino masks, fans, boas etc in most colors of the rainbow. Party supplies, lots of cheap makeup and masks. There is also a small makeup counter with higher quality makeup like Ben Nye etc.All sales here are final.

The staff was not helpful at all!! They looked and acted as if they didnt want to be there, asked for location of super hero costumes, and instead of directing us, she pointed across the room somewhere. Asked where were the dressing rooms and got another long point across the store. When it came time to check out, the girls(vicky and black girl with green hair) were so interested/distracted by some guy, that we were waiting for our receipt and bags. Its a fun store, employ people who want to be there.

Probably the best Halloween store I have ever been to. Very well organized and has tons of different costumes. There are fitting rooms so you can try the costume on!

If you are looking for a costume shop that is open all year, this is the place to go! The store is huge and theyve got a great selection. I always plan my visits before or after the month of October as it gets very busy around Halloween.

Two employees at the checkout, I was standing waiting when the guy asked me if I needed help and I said yes and he then told female coworker and she said you not going to help him. So she asks me what do I need and I informed her that I needed a power rangers costume size small (4-6). She looks at the costumes which I was just looking at and says no, I asked her if they had some in the back and she said I dont think so. She walks in the back and comes back and says no only medium. It is a total shame to have workers who dont want to work. Why waste your time doing what you dont want to do

I just went there to grab some helium balloons for my friends birthday, and these were the cheapest balloons Ive ever seen. Half of them had holes in them when the girl was trying to blow them up. Out of the rest that she was finally able to blow up, three of them popped or deflated by the time I got back to my place. The rest were completely deflated after just several hours! Cmon guys... Balloons should be the easiest thing to get right!

In my opinion, this store didnt have enough variety for a 70s or 80s theme. The supply was very slim and I was bothered because it normally does have everything I need. Alot of overpriced costumes and the material was not impressive.

I found the staff very helpful and their inventory diverse relative to high end and more moderately priced costumes. I also appreciated I was able to get quality consumes for my 4 and 6 year old children.
