Stopped by on Saturday morning, 10/23/21 during published hours and store was closed. Called the number to see if hours were adjusted and the number responded with a bust tone.Not sure if they have been hit by the Great Resignation or not. It would be too bad if theyve had to shutter their operation.

Great place, delicious cakey donuts and the staff always stand out with great service. Unfortunately similarly to others experience I came at 10am on a Wednesday and the place was closed, despite the YES, WERE OPEN! sign on the front door. Disappointing and frustrating to come over only to find nobody there despite the posted hours.

The Donuts are heavenly!!! Especially the Apple cider ones in the fall. Just wish they had more hours. Yummy.

I placed an order through their app a few weeks ago only to find out they were closed when I got there. They havent been open since. Ive been calling and emailed them but no answer. I called the Donut Factory in Newtown and they said the Mayfaur location is remodeling. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve given this donut shop a few chances and nothing improves. I’m not a fan of the donuts but that’s not where my issue lies. The service is slow, very slow. Standing and waiting for 5 minutes while the employees converse isn’t something I want to do. They act like they’re doing you a favor. The inside is fairly clean but the outside needs a cleaning. Trash and debris everywhere.

The donuts are amazing! The coffee is unfortunately only so so. I thought I had heard that they used coffee from Elixir Coffee but it didn’t taste like it. But none the less they put Dunkin to shame. Very little parking, no inside seating, but there is some outdoor seating.

The donuts are amazing and made fresh in front of you! The staff were amazing as well and super friendly! Even got to witness them deal with a wild Karen, they handled her fantastically!

Place was clean employees were very courteous and cheerful. Donuts were very tasty light, I had french toast and powdered sugar. Also like that they box your Donuts instead of bagging them so they dont get all bundled together and they stay within their flavors .

Oooh boy, these donuts are like an extremely moist cake. Its like they have nothing but air inside. Soooo good. The coffee is awesome also. Definitely will be returning

These donuts are so yummy that it is hard to not eat a half dozen at one time! So fresh, made right in front of you, and then toppings added while you watch! I like every flavor I tried! Good prices too! Highly recommend!

My and myself came from about 30 mins away to come see what all the fuss was about. Man when I say we werent disappointed! I mean it! We try six different flavors and each one was just as good as the other. For bacon lovers The bacon explosion is definitely a must try. Its sooooo good! Well be regulars here for sure.

Donuts are AMAZING. Not so much the sandwiches. But they are adding other meats to the menu. Now they only have pork meats. Ill definitely be back for the donuts. They are hot and fresh. And made to order.

This place is horrible! Idk why I continued to order from there. Its contanstaly a mistake being made and the managers take no responsibility at all. I ordered a egg and cheese crossiant, without the egg. And the sandwich not only arrived with an egg on it, but had bacon bits on it as well! Not only do I not eat meat, I darn sure wouldnt eat pork! I am disgusted by this service

We are getting a tier of doughnuts for our wedding reception in place of a cake! The catering contact was terrific to work with and she, the managers and employees are super professional and friendly. Price point is reasonable. The doughnuts were excellent and we loved all 14 flavors that we tried. So artfully done! The doughnut has a nice texture on the inside and a crispness around the outside edges. Soooooo yummy! Cant wait to have more! Can you add chocolate batter doughnuts to your menu? So glad theres a great donut place in the Northeast. All the best to your continued success!

Ive had donuts from the other places in the city (Federal, Beiler’s, and the cronut), they are on par if not slightly better than the others. They make them to order, while you watch. I did have an donut without a topping (coconut), but they quickly fixed it. I like to eat mine while they are still warm. Enjoy

You walk in and the smell is so delicious.I was like Homer Simpson drooling. The counter girl was so friendly and knew the menu. Loved that you can see the doughnuts being made and glazed. Good warm even better cooled. Chocolate peanut butter was good the banana chocolate was better. Next time Ill order with walnuts. Cafe is ok. Price was good. Need more tables n chairs. Parking in the back. Clean and good yummies.

I was excited to try Factory Donuts, sadly I will never return. I liked that the donuts were made fresh to order and they had a good variety of flavors. However, the dough for the donuts is the same for every flavor. They are cake donuts not yeast. They taste good freshly made but after about 20 minutes the taste went quickly down hill. My advise is to buy only what will be eaten right away because once they cool the taste is so not worth the calories.

Love this place. The coffee is much better than the other donut place, and its a great watching the donuts be prepared fresh right in front of you. Had a great dessert platter for our Thanksgiving dinner that was a big hit.

Just all around great experience having just gone here. First of all, I don’t get the people commenting that the donuts were pricy, I thought they were very reasonably priced. Less than 20 for the two dozen I got.Second of all, delicious. If you like a more cake like donut, you will be thrilled. Absolutely ridiculously good. Toppings, super fresh, everything. Just a great great taste experience and tons of flavors to mix and match.Third of all, and just as important, absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very pleasant, very nice to me (I was rushed and not at my best), and very helpful.All around five star experience. I definitely will be back again soon!

Fresh donuts made to order!! That means they are warm and gooey every time. The bakers are all friendly and the Jeff caps they wear adds a unique touch. Who knew donuts could be so professional.

My first time here was pretty awesome. The customer service here is amazing. The associates are very aware and attentive, and the donuts are prepared perfect. Couldn’t of asked for a better donut shop . Most definitely a great place to choose for any kind of day.

These donuts are the best hands down. Had a French toast, strawberry lemonade and an apple cider one. French toast is my favorite one followed by strawberry lemonade. Apple cider one was good too. I should have gotten a half dozen but didn’t want to be too greedy LOL. The iced coffee is out of this world....vanilla and coconut flavor shots which I usually get. Factory donuts is taking off and is becoming a household name for many many many years to come! I’ll be back for more donuts and coffee! 💯

One of the rare 5-star reviews I give out. 5-stars because the donuts are FANTASTIC, fresh, TASTY and a much cheaper alternative to Federal Donuts. The icing on the cake (no pun intended!) is that they are giving away a FREE medium-sized cup of (hot or iced) coffee until the end of September. How sweet is that?!?

It was very cool that the manager talked to us while we were waiting in line and was available to answer any questions we had. Both the manager and the cashier made recommendations for us as well. This was our first time. And theses donuts are so good.!! Almost cake like. Was bummed there are no creame filled or jelly filled but you can get the cream on top. Made as you wait and its not long of a wait. The young man helping was very nice and store is very clean. I definitely say you have to try this 🍩 place. And we will definitely go back.

The donuts are amazing, always hot and fresh. There hasnt been one yet I havent liked. Definitely recommend for quick stops or even small parties. They dont just have donuts either, they have plenty of drinks which is a huge plus.

Great place for fresh, custom-made donuts and good coffee. All their donuts are made from scratch right in front of you, and then you have a choice of what kind of glaze, drizzle, and toppings you want on them. A little pricey, but they are very good - especially the Lemon Meringue and French Toast ones!

Beyond fresh and hot

Fast and express service. It was my first time going there and I was serviced in a timely manner. The donuts are so good and delicious that they were gone within 15 min when I took them to my work. It was the first time that all of my coworkers agreed about having yummy donuts. I will go there again for sure.

I love this place i love the donuts, service and variety. And eating them fresh out the oven OMG!!!!!!!! My only gripe is the location i live in mount airy and its a 45 minute to an hour drive to get there. You guys need a location in wyncote or the willow grove area to shorten my drive.
