Gary and Norma were very helpful with finding the rings for us and designing them to fit our needs. We are very impressed by Normas taste in jewelries and Garys craftsmanship. Today, we went back to get my rings resized. Again, Gary was very patient in helping me to find the right size and he did a wonderful job resizing them and making them look brand new. I called ahead about an engagement ring resizing and when I stopped in around 30 minutes later he wouldnt open the door for me. Im not going to call him a racist, but it felt like racism. The camera at the door at eye level plus the Ring camera pointed through the glass showed them exactly who was ringing the buzzer. Whatever, its fine. I took my business down the street to Bendi Jewelers. He was awesome and very welcoming.

I had so many compliments on them, and it was sweet to be reminded of how we were treated so well because wedding planning can be stressful. I walked into Gary Mann Jewelers looking for a gold cross and chain for my godson. Unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to look for one and Norma was able to get one ordered and delivered overnight for the christening. Gary and Norma were so helpful and even stayed late on Saturday to wait for me to pick it up. Talk about customer service!!!

Private, honest, local business, been here for years. They care deeply about customer service. Gary offered to fix a link on my costume jewelry at no cost. Recently, they werent open during their scheduled business hours because of a family illness. I was annoyed and left a harsh review. They provided an honest, heartfelt apology and explanation. Gary Mann Jewelers is the best store in Philadelphia! They have beautiful jewelry and are the nicest people. Gary is a terrific jeweler and craftsman, and Norma often co-designs with a wonderful eye and exquisite taste. Not only do they have great original pieces in their store, they also transform heirloom jewelry into updated and improved versions of itself. They have reworked several of my familys necklaces, rings, cufflinks and watch bands, into earrings, bracelets, rings and more. Most recently updating an only-wearable-if-you-are-at-Downton-Abbey diamond pendant into a stunning - and WEARABLE - diamond necklace with the bracelet on-the-way. I love the design, craftsmanship and care - and they always work within my budget. They are a Manayunk treasure - the kind of personalized, high quality business that is so rare these days!

We stumbled into Gary Manns store while browsing Main Street one day and I was immediately struck by how unique his work was. Everything in the store is beautiful, with tons of attention to detail and sharp-looking designs. Since then my boyfriend has surprised me with a necklace and pair of earrings from Gary, which I love and wear almost every day. Theyre very well made and I get lots of compliments on them. The pièce de résistance in my collection now is the ring he custom-made for me with a family sapphire. When I took it to Gary, he worked with me extensively to figure out the best setting for me based on aesthetics, quality of the materials, and my price range. Both Gary and Norma listened carefully to my tastes, specifications and ideas and transformed those budding thoughts into the gorgeous pear-shaped, rose gold ring I have today. I live in the area and thought I would give them a try, because I broke my favorite gold chain. I called to see if I could get it repaired, and before I could get the full question out I was abruptly interrupted by the man answering the phone. Ill never suggest this place to anyone, and will take the inconvenient trip to Jewelers Row (Downtown). I guess I should have spoken with a Valley girl accent.🤔

Went in to get a ring resized. They were fine when I dropped off the ring, but when I returned to pick it up they were rude, insulted my ring, charged more than the estimate, and to top it off, they tapered the palm side of the ring which I didnt ask for, and the tapering is noticeably off center and very thin.
