He was able to make a custom engagement ring for me that included a new center diamond and custom setting I purchased there and some diamonds from my wifes family, that we re-used for the sides. This allowed me to design something that was both new but also included some meaningful throwbacks to her mother and grandmother, which she will have the rest of her life. I set up an appointment with Brett and because of some untimely snow storms became an annoying customer who had to cancel the appointment. Brett was understanding and accommodating and we rescheduled for a week later. On the day of the visit he laid out some options and we found a great stone at a really great price. Dont worry you wont have to pay the ridiculous retail prices as these guys will provide a great price from the start. If your looking for someone that is not going to toy around and waste your time, I recommend Brett.Do your research read your GIA reports shop around if its your first diamond, but dont leave these guys out.
