I had a very lengthy post about this store location I was going to share due to the behavior of the management trying to force a customer to sign a NDA / Non Confidentiality agreement based upon a repair order gone wrong.However I rather use my voice to advocate for others and say you have constitutional rights & thus signing a agreement to receive a gift card on the error of the store is not in your best benefit. Do not sign anything to receive something without checking with your legal representative.I do not recommend this store location to handle repair orders for customers especially if those repair orders are precious to you personally or a loved one.Please do your due diligence in making repair order type of decisions and keep every receipt.

I have rarely had customer service as amazing as this Zales location. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to make things right. Just before the pandemic started, I dropped my engagement ring off for repairs and they had it during lockdown. They went above and beyond to make sure I had it back before my wedding day last summer. Every call, every visit - they are kind and helpful. Would definitely always recommend this location and applauds the Fashion District Zales staff!!

Went in with an issue for my Wife’s ring. Dayon was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in getting the warranty mess straightened out. She was even able to calm down my wife who had started to get flustered. A+ customer service, I’m glad she was their to assist.

My unpleasant experience was at the Willow Grove Park location, and has no reflection on other exceptional sales associates who go out of their way to assist customers.

Stopped in for a cleaning and they took care of our bands by hand for 30 minutes. Looked better than the day I bought them when they were done. Devon was incredibly kind and helpful and their staff is clearly the best of the best. Great shopping experience, definitely would recommend!

Took my ring to repair and it took them 2 months to get my ring fixed. No one called to explain what happened. Once I went to pick up my ring there was an issue with their system and I was asked to wait to sign some paperwork! I love Zales but this store needs better customer service training.

I’ve been sitting here since 10:55 no one in sight and it’s now 11:16 and the store is still closed. No way to verify because Zales website doesn’t even have this location listed on there.
