I had the most wonderful experience this afternoon working with Tamar at the 720 Sansom street location. It’s always a bit nerve wracking and scary to sell luxury goods as you want to find someone who will appreciate the quality of your things and who is educated on brands and pricing. Many people want you to believe that they are doing you a favor by purchasing your beloved things and try and convince you that the low prices they offer are the absolute best you will ever get. This was the exact opposite of my experience with LXY and specifically Tamar. Not only did she do her research on the items I emailed her she was completely fair and educated on her pricing. The appreciation she had for the items was really nice to see and she made me feel like I was bringing her treasure. The store itself was absolutely beautiful and pristine, and full of high quality luxury goods, but the best part was working with someone who was friendly, respectful and straightforward.
