This place scammed me into activating the free metro smart ride. Was told it would do nothing to my monthly bill but there is a monthly charge. Never received the activation code on my phone. Went back to complain and was pacified with 10gb free wifi data. They wouldnt refund nor exchange. Apparently this place is a franchise so corporate wont do anything. I have no resolution and paid 21 doolars for 10gb of wifi for my car. Horrible. Seriously verizon wireless looks so good to me right now.

They sold me and old lowgrade phone for $88 and it completely stopped working in a month and I could not get a new phone replaced on the or my money back.

I upgraded my phone for 100.00. I gave them 160.00. The 60.00 was to pay my phone bill. To make a long story short they kept the 60.00. So my service was cut off.
