We are sad that Hats in the Belfry is closing permanently in Philly. Weve been loyal customers for over 6 years. We will miss the barber shop like conversations and the community feel of the store.

This is my FAVORITE hat store, always a great selection, fair prices and they have lots of professional products to stretch hats, to make larger hats fit betterCant recommend enough!

This hat store was excellent, it carried every kind of hat or cap I could have ever wanted.

Very friendly staff. Welcoming environment. High Quality products. Stylish. Unique. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for and I assure you these are worth the costs. If you are looking for a nice hat for you or as a gift, this is definitely the place.

I went inside of the store the lady behind the counter was very helpful.I went in to look for a Derby 🐎 hat. My head size is between large and XL. Which sucks if you want a Derby 🐎.She went above and beyond to get the right hat 🎩 for me. She even went online and pulled up images. Also she had a great sense of humor. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

This is a nice hat shop with a very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the selection available for their mens hats was quite limited - for the hats I considered, either the size or the color was not what I had in mind. Not exactly what I expected from a big city hatter, but depending on your needs, you may get lucky and find what youre seeking.

My wife and I had a blast shopping here. The assistant manager was so fun and friendly, and when I called to compliment them and order something for del very, the manager, Robert was also great and super helpful. Full marks!!! Thanks and well done!

We love Hats in the Belfry! Every sales person weve dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly. Weve bought so many hats now and love every one. Its worth making the trip to Philly to get quality merchandise.

I went to the grand opening this evening and it was awesome. The selection is of hats are so nice. And the staff were so warm and friendly.

Wow. Truly a class act all the way around and well deserving of taking my time to write a more lengthy review here. So let me stat by saying that I was not formerly a real hat guy per se. But having an upcoming outdoor wedding to attend and having less and less hair, I needed to find a suitable hat that would go well with dressy attire. Living in central NJ there are really no good options for this. So I took an hour and 40 min ride into Philly.... fortunately it was worth the trip. I was able to park in a lot directly across the street (and there is plenty of parking around) As I walked in the store I was greeted by Robert. Filling him in on the situation and the little bit of online research I had done we began to look at several hats. Robert was extremely helpful and really pleasant, enjoying some nice oconversation in the process. One thing that instantly impressed me - I had started out looking at the hat I saw online...a Stetson Schang.... and the first alternative that Robert grabbed to alternatively suggest was a hat that was SUBSTANTIALLY lower priced. That was the moment I knew I was at the right place. Robert was really attentive to guaging the proper size for me. So I left with mu happy purchases and returned home (yes I got more than one hat... different syles though..) Now it gets even better. the next day I notices a small defect in the brim that i hadnt before...and really odd for me as Im a very detailed person... I called up the store, and Robert explained to me that often there is a little area like that since is is a single strand manufatured hat...BUT.... he said come back ANY time, they will take a look and one way or another make sure Im happy - - even after wearing it to the wedding! This is just simply outstanding customer service and again, just a real class act. My hats off (pun definitely intended) to Robert and Hats in the Belfry! You have definitely won a faithful customer.
