Janelle was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I was extremely happy with her, but I was not happy with the phone deal. They no longer provide you with earphones or the block adapter to charge your phone. You have to purchase them. Not very happy at all with this.

Recently visited this location and had a phenomenal experience. My family and I were in the market for new phones and were previously Sprint customers when we decided to give Verizon a shot. As I’m sure most people know; starting up new phone lines for 5 people is no ones idea of a thrilling Friday night. Figuring it would be an all day process my partner and I headed into the store and were greeted with a bright-eyed and eager Janelle. From the beginning moments of our interaction she was eager to please and all smiles. Janelle was able to answer every question we threw at her as she was very knowledgeable in her position. There were a few bumps in the road (to no fault of her) but she able to execute and troubleshoot each one in a quick and efficient manner. Janelle provided excellent customer service and was able to anticipate our every need while making this not so enjoyable process one to remember. Thank you Janelle for going above and beyond for us and remaining so patient. We appreciate you very much and will be happy to use Verizon as our cell phone provider for the foreseeable future. The store manager has been so helpful. He has gone out of his way multiple times for us in the last couple months. Waiting on the iPhone 12 pro has been annoying, and he called around to help me find one faster than Apple could deliver. Also he had honored our $75 credit that we had lost out on due to waiting for the phone to arrive, we were waiting to use it to pay it towards the new phone. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole. She was great - never pushy when I said that there was something I was not interested in. I’m awful with technology, so I paid the fee to have my data transferred over. Since it was a bit of a wait, I took my daughters to Old Navy. At some point, my phone was asking for my password again. Nicole actually walked over to Old Navy to find me so that I would not have to wait any longer for the transfer to continue when I returned to the store. Can’t speak for every employee there, but Nicole is wonderful!

Went to upgrade the phone... Employees are helpful but have become typical sales people and trying to package into the contract services you are no aware of. Thomas took initiative to transfer data from old phone into new one but without mentioning $49 transfer data fee, something that anybody can do on their own via wi-fi or sim card for free. On top of that I discovered insurance plan was added to the account even though I declined $17/month insurance plan with him. Same thing happened to me 2 yrs ago at another Verizon store when upgrading and it took me numerous calls to remove it... When called back next day and asked to remove it another associate told me that i have to call customer service and handle it myself.. He cave in after I complained that it is their responsibility as I did not authorize adding insurance plan to my account. Lets see if it will be taken care of... I cant believe you can no longer get the phone without being taken advantage of... I wonder how many customers are paying for services they did not signed up for without even realizing it... Would not recommend this store...

Had a very very difficult time getting internet after I downloaded TotalAV. It won’t let me delete it. I couldn’t use my phone.Thomas from Phillipsburg Verizon store diligently worked on this problem until he was able to help.His tenacity is to be Commended

Highly disrespectful and rude to customers. Over priced and refuse any sort of promotions to new customers. I told them I was going to at&t and they were rude to me about my choice of switching carriers. I wouldn’t go here and I would stay out of Verizon all together. They lack good customer service to anyone. And cut people off when they ask questions. They force you to buy phones and don’t take no as an answer.

Lincoln helped me get my phone working after it had a broken speaker. I got a new phone and it wanted to send the confirmation code to an old phone that was smashed. He somehow got into the broken phone that was locked and would press things on its own and we got the code. He also made sure that it would never send a confirmation code to that number again. My husband and I were shopping for two iPhone 12s. We had so many questions about the unlimited data plans that are being pushed this year. Our data plan is not unlimited, nor do we need unlimited. (We just left a different Verizon store in another town that gave us the impression they were focused on profit based on misrepresentations regarding plans.) When spending over $2,000 in iPhones and related products, we wanted a knowledgeable salesperson willing to work with customers and their specific needs. We found that person in Vimal Patel, at the Phillipsburg Verizon store. He spent two hours with us, reviewing data plans, iPhones and iPhonecases. He made known what offers and savings were available to us. Not once did we feel pressured or that his information conflicted with what we read on the Verizon website the evening before. We strongly recommend Vimal Patel in Phillipsburg.

SO helpful. I came in with a broken phone and some account issues but everything was taken care of with the best help I could’ve received. I left the store feeling so happy that I was lucky enough to have gotten such fine service from this store. Definitely visit this store, my problems were solved with the kindest care. Despite the rough situation I was in, I ended up leaving with the best deal I could have gotten and with 0 of the problems I walked in with. Absolutely no complaints. I will continue to use this Verizon as my go-to store, and you should too.

Justin Redfield was extremely helpful in giving my mom a great deal and putting her on an unlimited plan for cheaper. He cut her a break with her bill and upgraded her phone. He was very nice and mannerly. A great store and salesman!

Ive been here more times than I can count for my family and every employee over the past several years has been fantastic. They are knowledgable and always have savings in mind. They are the only ones I deal with.

Terrible. Don’t have a clue what’s going on. Always, I say always a long wait. Crooks, just trying to sell you unneeded items and services. I became so disgusted of the wait and the extreme lack of knowledge from the employees. I walked out and went to Best Buy’s where I got a much better deal and great friendly service. Plus BB had a huge inventory, no waiting. Never going to a Verizon store again.

I never go into a phone store any more, but when Samsung came out with their latest phone, I actually called the store to hear more about it. (I was still using my S5, which I loved). I spoke with a lovely woman, Patty, she was very helpful and even pre-ordered my phone for me. When I got to the store she had everything ready for me, answered all my questions, even helped me get a few extra things that I would need since the chargers werent compatible from my old phone. I even went back to get an extra charger and cable set 2 weeks later - actually a very great experience since I usually order my devices online. Thank you all so much.

Horrible customer service. I have insurance on my phone, and after 1 year needed to use the service which I am charged for every month. However they now inform me, that they company that provides their insurance they are having an issue with and cannot provide the insurance. The fact that they are having an issue with them some how became my problem. I asked the person there Rich the following So I am being charged for a service that I basically no longer have His response, No thats not correct. You still have the service So I then replied So I have a service that I pay for but I cannot use He says Yes thats correct I responded, And this makes sense to you?? I couldnt believe it but he said Yes that makes sense to me. Its out of our handsHorrible customer service and Im still trying to figure out how this guy believes this makes sense. I am paying for a service that I cannot use.Love verizon but stay away from this particular branch.
