This AT&T store is has a friendly staff, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. John was helpful when I recently visited to order a new iPhone. The three times I visited this location all phones except iPhones were on display which is a bit strange. It appears this location may be understaffed and I even experienced the location closed as a staff member was out to lunch. I still like the location and was able to get the mobile phone and service I was searching for.

Daniel and Tiffany are awesome!!! Extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I’m so thankful they were able to assist me in my ongoing issue with a different carrier.

I was such in a panic I came to the store and Tiffany arrived and completed everything I needed. She is your best employee yet. She took care of me for me set up. Her expertise is above and beyond. Thank you!

Went in today and Tiffany went so far out if the norm to help us. I have never received assistance from anyone before like today.I understand it is her job but something about how she went about things made the difference. Tiffany showed she cares that people are satisfied when they leave, she was not pushy or overbearing and she showed she really enjoyed what she was doing. Something missing in many workers today

Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She answers all my questions and helps me with everything including simple things like Facebook apps ! Straight forward and covers everything.

The only AT&T store I will go to. Jonathan K was so friendly and was able to answer all my questions. This store has always continued to have great employees that are ver y knowledgeable. Love this location and all the employees.

Waiting for over 3hrs and was finally thought we were done all to find out we had to turn around and come back and sit and wait for God only knows fir how much longer

The At&t Store in Phillipsburg, N.J. on 22 is a good place to receive help for the illiterate of internet and cell phone usage. Their persons know what to do to clean the mess .
