I was contemplating even doing a review because its not like me to complain, but after this weeks struggle with a delayed commercial job I couldnt take it anymore. We have used them for over a year, hoping it would get better after time, but no. If youre not in a hurry, you enjoy waiting for remakes (sometimes multiple times on one item), you like your schedule rearranged every week, and you like explaining yourself over and over again then this is the perfect place to get your glass and hardware from.Communication is poor and it seems nobody in the building is on the same page. If you do plan on using them keep an organized email or text record of everything!

Worst customer service ever! Will not return calls, never have managers available, orders never show up, and I mean NEVER. Avoid this bunch at all cost.

I have had constant problems with delays, backorders, miscommunication and miscues from Trulite. We have used this company for a few years as a source for our aluminum and glazing needs and the last few months have had nothing but problems. I cant understand how a national company with multiple locations can be so incompetent with regards to how they track product and how they communicate to the different departments within their own company.

They offer top quality glass for all types of applications. We use them all the time and they are a must have source for any glass contractors in Phoenix and around the us.

I had two iron doors and a large window made with glass from trulite. In about one year all the windows had seal failure and the glass that was supposed to be low E was so hot that my rug and floor faded. I called and spoke to Cinnamon who acknowledged that the seals failed but would not upgrade the glass even if I paid the difference. Would not use this company.

Horrible service and no one knows what they are doing

Orders are never ready when they say they are going to be ready. Mistakes are made constantly on orders. Terrible customer service and incompetent accounting department. This company needs major work!
