I called them Saturday to get apart. Made sure they had it. There address, the time they closed. I couldnt get there until after 4:30. She said they closed at five and would make a sure not to close early. Got there at 4:54 because of closed roads and traffic. What do you know they were closed? Lights out locked uptight. Dang, it. Bad business practice. You dont closing early. EVER Especially when someone is coming. Monday, Im going to call and let them have it.!!! My mistake it wast a girl. And no you were not open til 5. I was there! It was the right company. Are you not off of Bell Rd. Where is the apology? You are on the defensive thatproves a lot. Bad business. Everyone should know.

Great experience! I was recommended to this store by my dishwasher machine technician to fix my own dishwasher. Bart was very attentive to my order. I was able to rebuild my agitator cam assembly in my washer, with new feed dogs & bolt, in minutes and not wait 1 - 2 weeks for shipping from an online source. The wife is happy. Total cost for genuine Whirlpool parts was maybe $10 more than if I had ordered online, but well worth it. This store has been a reliable source for appliance parts for decades. They have always had the part I needed at a reasonable price.

Called for a part no one had, they got it for me, but I had found out my wife had ordered one already. I called them back and told them I didnt need it, and they promptly refunded me. We have used them for 4 years already, and the customer service is great. If the part is out there they can get it.

Disappointed, customer service was good in the beginning, down fall they charge double the price than the appliance store on 87th kelton in Peoria Az.Second, no returns on the part that was still sealed. Not even taken out of the box. The still wouldn’t return it.They will never get my business again. I will let everyone one know not to deal with.

Thought I was going to be buying a new dryer. These guys had the parts I needed in stock (didn’t expect them to) and were very affordable. Thought we might have to replace our nearly 30 year old GE stove when socket for electric cooktop burner failed. CSR Bart instantly produced an equivalent socket kit, assembled it, provided instruction, wire nuts, and shrink wrap to provide additional insulation--all for a very reasonable $20! Works like new, & were back in business. Thank you, Nick for providing a super shop.

I was referred to this place by the appliance department at the Glendale Lowe’s. The customer service is awful! I will go out of my way to purchase from elsewhere. I have also informed Lowe’s and they will stop referring people here as it reflects poorly on them.

I have used this business twice to repair an old dryer that just keeps working. I needed a new belt called gave him the part number and they had it in stock. Drove up got the part and the dryer was back in operation in less than an hour. Great place.

I called looking for a replacement oven element. The person I got on the phone was very unhelpful, did not even say what his name was. This first call he said hed have it without even asking a model number. I asked would he look before I drive unnecessarily. Resistantly he said hed look then said model number I gave was no good. Giving benefit of doubt, I removed the imprinted tag to make sure I got it correct. I did, so called back again he then stated again its wrong its no good. I did my own search online for that model number, yes its an old oven but my research showed there are universal replacement elements still available. In short if this guy truly had customer service skills he would have done the same research and told me if he had a replacement on hand or could order one. Unskilled,impatient not willing to truly assist a potential customer in need. I will look for better place to do business with. I suggest you do the same until they retrain this guy or replace him with a proper model number.

Dont do business with this place! They took my money & never delivered on the part ordered.Awful customer service - they continued over a 3 month period to never followup regarding my order. My husband & I never received any phone calls regarding the order unless we reached out and excuses were always presented but delivery of something already purchased was not.Weve disputed the charge with the bank.Good luck running your small business in a pandemic with continued disrespect to your paying customers.. it may take some time but youll fall fast & hard!

I don’t recommend this place at all, the guy take all the dryer parts out to force us to repair it through him and pay 250$ and he knows the problem was in the timer, we throw out the dryer because of this guy and bought another one, that’s kind of rip off

We needed a part for our refrigerator to help the door close and stay sealed against room temperature air. After doing quite a bit of online research, we came across Major Appliance Parts. They are local, so it was possible to to pick the part up from the store. We thought we could avoid shipping and handling charges this way. This part is really necessary to help insulate the refrigerator, and the door will not seal properly without it, so the manufacturer has ones needs over a barrel. The part was quite expensive for as simple as it was. We were billed in advance. There are no refunds and all sales are final.The part had to be delivered to the store and came in after just two days. This was fine and we were able to install it ourselves in just a few minutes with a screwdriver.We were not told that the part would have to be shipped to the store. It came by FedEx Air, so when we arrived to pick it up, this charge was in addition and already added to the bill.I would have liked to have known this in advance.

Prices 3 times as high as kens. And my friend had asked at the time of purchase if he was able to return the part he bought, the owner said yes. Then when he did need to return the part, the owner said we only give store credit. Liars.

This store is a rip off, called to see if they had a specific part in stock, said they did and then asked me to bring in part do he could match it. If he had the part why is there a need to match it. Id researched the part and knew what it was and how much it sold for online. Went to the store to pick up the part he said was in store. Only had one of the two pieces needed AND tried to charge $75.00 for the piece he had and another $10.00 for the piece he didnt have in stock. Both pieces online sold together as one unit cost $9.81.

I have ordered several parts from this vendor and haven’t ever had any issues. Parts always come in quick if they have to be ordered. Wife was in here a few days ago and ordered some parts that were suppose to take a few days and ended coming in the next day. You just need to make sure that the part you order or buy is indeed the part you need as they have a sign up that says all purchases are final.I would totally recommend this store, I have been buying from them for years.

On 7.29.19, I needed a Kenmore dryer part. The guy mentioned, they didnt have in stock, but stated he could order and it would there the next day, and he would call me when it was delivered from UPS. Never got called on 7.30.19. So on 7.31.19, I drove there. I arrived at 8:00am and found the place was closed, I waited for the guy, he finally showed up at 8:25am. Asked the guy if the part was delivered, he said no. Then he stated it would be delivered today by FedEx... Bottom line, he promised something he couldnt deliver, plus he could not get his stories straight. Which is it, UPS or FedEx. Nevertheless, I didnt feel good about the situation and got a refund. Lastly, beware! When I ordered the part he didnt have in stock, the guy added a misc charge of $5.00 to the invoice and did not even have the courtesy to tell me. The entire experience was not good. I would never do business there again.

Been using this store for many years. Before I remodeled my kitchen the coil from my original equipment electric oven went out. Walked in and set it on the counter. The counterman exclaimed Oh my. GE Hotpoint! Late 50s ....Correct 1957! give me a few days. Three days later he called with the part.A little later I walked in with the broken timer from my 25+ year old washing machine. Oh my a clamshell timer. They dont make these anymore. Go see this guy and gave me the number of a retired gentle man who collects the old w/d when new ones are delivered. Refurbishes them for charity. In his garage he looked through e cardboard box, extracts the timer....$5. Great Experiences!

***DO NOT SHOP HERE***THEY HAVE AN F RATING ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU***When their receipts and website says No refunds. No returns. ALL SALES FINAL...you can expect an integrity issue. Look at their return policy listed on the website...they dont even stand by their own diagnosis. It says this in black and white. I was scammed on a $130 part that not only did not fix the problem but wasnt needed in the first place. What did fix the issue was a $29 part on Amazon. These guys will scam you in seconds!

This is the reason why brick and mortar stores are still great. Came home late Saturday evening from vacation to find my house as hot as it was outside. Come Sunday morning, this is the only place that I could find open and had the unusual capacitor for my a/c unit in stock. Thank you!

Steven was very knowledgeable on exactly how to install our a/c condenser fan and cap. He advised us correctly in the beginning and let us know to call him with any quetions while we put it in. After a few phone calls and finding out that the wiring had originally been rigged he got us right back on track and we were sitting in our cold home immediately. Thank you Steven. Tried to use my oven this morning and the heating element decided to crack in half. I tried Home Depot but the part was not in stock and would not be available for 3-5 days. This place was close by and open early on a Sunday. They had the part and were friendly and helpful. I might have paid a little more but to have my oven back up and running was worth it.

I honestly tried to buy from a local businessmen but the quality of service was horrible. All I needed to buy was a simple replacement for my GE lower oven element. Its not complicated. Here are the facts: I brought the model number with me to the store and the manager did not even want to look at the part number after I told him it was for a GE oven. He said it was a very common part and so I trusted his expertise. Once I get home the part will not mount flush against the back of the oven. I called the store and told him about the issue. They said sorry thats not the correct part. Alright, then so the next day I went down to pick up the new part and noticed the oven coil on the element was a different shape compared to the original part. I questioned the shape to the service tech but he once again told me this is a common heating element. I offered to show him my GE part number but the tech said thats a model number for the stove (I knew this was a part number since I pulled it from GEs website, it wasnt a model number for the stove). I accepted the techs response and drove home to install again. Once I placed the piece into the oven, the new element would only stand at a 45 degree angle. The part was not correct. So I went to the store for asking for my refund of $76, I was told their credit card machines do not do refunds that in fact I would have to wait two to five business days for them to write me a check. It was two weeks later and still no check in the mail. I called and spoke to the manager and he said come down so I may write you a check. So I arrive at the store, holding my tongue for what I really thought, the manager told me he doesnt have any checks in order to write me a refund. However, the manager was able to use the credit card machine to refund my debit card. I thought I was in the twilight zone when he said that.The bottom line is that I received my money back several weeks later. I was able to purchase an element online for $29.99 with free shipping. So much for wanting to shop local...

A.C. quit Friday before labor day, a big Corp heating and air company wanted over $1000 for a blower motor and capacitor . (My unit sells new and ready to install for $2300 complete at home depot). Spoke to Steven at Major Appliance, he said they probably have the motor in stock so I went to the store. Steven was very helpful and informative, seemed to know more than the repairman I called. New blower motor and capacitor plus a ring to mount the motor $250. Then I had some wiring questions while installing so I called the store, Steven explained the difference in detail and told me what to do. Air conditioner is now up and running... for much less than $1000. Thank you Steven, we will be back when the need arises!

Mark and the Crew do a great job! The cost for the parts I needed to rebuild my dryer were very fair and were inline with the Internet prices I located. I ran into a problem with some parts availability for my old dryer and they worked with me to solve all my issues. I highly recommend working with this great local small business. Buyer beware!!!!! Think twice before you pay with a credit card! The price for the part I purchased changed drastically 3 times! The guy at the front desk with tattoos on his neck gave me the run around on what I ordered.... This is definitely a take the money and run kind of business...... The ex con looking guy at the front desk looks like he just got out of bed...... They tried to charge me $220 for a plastic microwave handle..... Myself and my employees and the real estate companies I do business with will not be bringing our business to this store!

It was a Sunday afternoon and my wife and I were searching for a place to buy a belt for our dryer. We were recommended to a this place. I explained the problem I was having with my dryer, the salesman sold me two replacement hubs for the dryer that I found out later were way over priced! Unfortunately I sill have the problem with my dryer even after replacing the part. Keep in mind, they have the really stupid policy that if you buy something, even if you bring it back unopened, you will NOT get your money refunded. This place is a small mom and pop place. I imagine that in order for them to make any money, they have the no returns policy. I would not every buy anything from these guys, Im sure all of their parts are overpriced and they give bad advice. Im sure the one good review they have here was probably written by one of them. The ONLY reason we ended up here was that they were the only place we could find open on Sunday. Stay far away from this place!!!!!

The staff here is super helpful. They found parts for me before I even made it in the door carrying a broken washing machine agitator. I have saved a lot of money on appliances over the years thanks to their stock and knowledge.

Staff was very friendly and helpful to me but to others as well. The manager was ringing up a customer ahead of me and the customers card only authorized funds up to $11.00 which was a few dollars short of the total price. The man didnt have another card or cash so the manager said, Dont worry about. The rest is on the house. Im not sure exactly how much that was but it doesnt matter. Its that type of customer service that makes the difference in people lives because you never know what someone else is going through. It made my day to see something like that.

***DO NOT SHOP HERE*** Luckily I was out only $50!! The associate suggested a part to my husband that not only did not fix the problem but wasnt needed in the first place. We originally were going to buy a $22 part from Amazon but trusted this associates experience and went with his recommendations. After looking online, this part is only $10.95 and we would have had the option to return it. I called this store and spoke to the same associate who sold my husband this part and explained our issues. He was extremely rude and lacked any regard. This business does not care that they have a ridiculous price mark up, have poor customer service and do not care to make things right. I would put zero stars if that was an option!!

Called ahead of time to make sure they had the part. The guy had a chip on his shoulder the second he answered the phone. As soon as I ask to see if they have the part, without hesitation the guy says ya we got it without even thinking about it or looking so I leave my house and make the 30 minute drive to go get it. I get there and he looks for the part then says o well I though we had one, the other guy must have sold the last one. Then he tells me to pretend to be a contractor and impersonate another company and tell them I have a cash account. So thanks to the the terrible customer service my family went without A/C all afternoon and I had to drive to chandler for the part. I’ll gladly make that drive again to chandler and pass up this store. Terrible and I mean terrible prices along with the worst customer service makes this the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time.

This place is horrible, save your time and skip it. I recently bought a defrost thermostat from them. The part was completely different and I took it back. The worker completely dismissed me, didnt even look at the parts. Just saying they go by model number and would loose his job if it was wrong. Well guess what he was wrong, After putting in his new part, it still didnt work correctly. So, after more research and cross referencing on the internet. Paid in advance for a part at 11:30am, they said they had to have it sent to store and they would call when it was in, they never called. I called them at 4:40pm to see if the part in, they said yes. I told them I was on my way to get the part. The parts guy said they were open till 5 and open again at 8am. When I got there they had closed early, before 5pm and left me hanging. Had been buying parts there for 15 years but customer service no longer matters, wont be going there again after this.

Every time I went in I had to wait when there was no one in the store. The part I bought had a mfg defect and cost me $54.00 which was not refunded or traded for a part that worked. I checked around and found the part for $24.00, less than 1.5 miles away from this store. The owner I feel talks down to certain customers. I am in the customer service business and this is not how you treat customers, especially when running a small ma/pa business.
