Fantastic customer service. but... in stock generally means in a warehouse in Ontario California that can be delivered in 10-14 days. not much different than big box stores.... so... support small business.... oh.. and theyre great with returns... just be sure to do your inspections right away, take pictures, and keep the packing material... :)

I agree with Maria. Best customer service ever. From the moment we walked in till the moment of delivery professional and helpful. I don’t react well to high pressure sales people. Hate them actually. However the people there were fantastic. We told them what we were looking for and they took a genuine interest and only showed us products that would fit our needs. No trying to upsale or pressure us into buying. We left there and went to another place to look and that convinced us to go back. When we returned the paperwork was done within 5 min and we were out the door. The delivery was just as effortless and professional. The gentleman came and exceeded our expectations. I know that sounds like BS but it’s true. Polite and courteous then took extra care to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We will be back. I was eyeing a gas stove and oven for the outside kitchen that would be great.

The absolute best service Ive ever gotten from an appliance store!! Long story short, old dishwasher broke one day before company was arriving, phoned Sun Valley Appliance LLC while online at their website. Bought the new LG dishwasher over the phone and they delivered and installed it the same day!!! You guys really saved the day!! A million thanks to you and I highly recommend!!

Nice man that helped me but first impressions are a lot and I go by that. The flooring was all marked up from previous shop that uses to be in there. If a new shop moves in it needed to be cleaned or replaced. If they dont care about store appearances I wont buy there.Makes me question how they do business.
