We sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. When they arrived they were gorgeous, beautiful white roses with pink lilies. Her boyfriend also sent her flowers from Acacia flower shops, they were equally gorgeous! As the days went on her lilies from the boyfriend started to bloom and blossom our lilies were blooming a little bit but the roses were dying. By the end of the week they were dead I have pictures and it was the same environment, both were lilies and roses but we still have his bouquet on the counter and the one we sent is long gone in the trash. Its a shame because they were beautiful, and they cost a small fortune to only last for five days. We wont be using them again.

Eh. Flowers are fine, price was high. I left directions in my order to deliver as late in the evening as possible because both me, and the recipient work during the day and the storys policy is to not leave them on the doorstep. They called me at 1:30 saying the recipient wasnt home and there would need to be other arrangements made to pick up flowers (plus covid time changes, but thats not the shops fault) they DID redeliver the flowers, and I greatly appreciate them bending the no door stop deliveries for me when I complained.

I just had flowers delivered to a family member by Phoenix Flowers. I am not from the area so I didn’t know what to expect. The shop was able to deliver the flowers with 1-day notice & the delivery person called me immediately after delivery to let me know that the recipient did not come to the door right away. I was able to coordinate so that they received them soon after. The flowers are absolutely beautiful, the delivery was flawless, and the service was top notch. Some of the best flowers I’ve ever seen & the pricing is reasonable - especially given the delivery!

I initially ordered flowers from 1800Flowers and they ruined my order, never got the delivery on Valentine’s Day and customer care was terrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes. So I gave up on that and call this store. Kristen answered the call and was super nice took my order over the phone with no hassle. She was very helpful and friendly and less than 2 hours later the flowers were delivered. This experience taught me the value of local businesses and I am never going anywhere else for flowers. Thank you guys for a wonderful service and saving my butt last minute.

Very professional!! I am extremely happy with Phoenix Flowers Shops, Phoenix Az. Customer service is wonderful. I ordered flowers on line but still called to discuss the order with them. I worked with Karen who went out of her way to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I do not live in Phoenix so I was not able to go to the shop myself. The person I was delivering to was not able to get to the door when they showed up and Karen called me immediately to let me know there was no answer and they did not feel comfortable leaving them. I placed an order online at 8:30am and selecting the Designers Choice option for the freshest flowers and in season, then immediately called and spoke with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable lady named Maria and give her a couple of ideas of what I was looking and the designer ran with it from there and created an arrangement that that was delivered by 11am that made my wife cry. Got me out of the doghouse (Actually our new puppies dog house). I will definitly be using their expertise again. -Andy S.

The flowers delivered were of great quality. I sent my best friend these flowers for her birthday on 10/29 and I was able to visit her today, 11/2. The roses were still firm at the base and very fresh, 5 days after delivery. They are opening beautifully! The alstromeria and babys breath looks great as well. I ordered the designers choice arrangement. I havent seen this level of quality in delivery flowers in a LONG time, and I ordered less than 24 hours before delivery. Great Job!!!

Dont order flowers from Phoenix Flower Shops! They have 5 stores and are too big to do anything efficiently. You never even talk to someone at the store you think you are calling. I called what I thought was their store on Thomas Road several days early and ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day to my wifes office that is just 2 miles west of that store, also on Thomas Rd. I requested that the flowers be delivered by 4pm, when the office closes. Did they get there in time? No. When you call to find out where the flowers are, you get a call center that has no idea what is going on and they cant get a hold of their drivers. I finally found out that they sent the flowers out of one of their other stores that is much farther away, just because of the zip code. Too big to be efficient. Dont order from them if you want flowers delivered on time.

I ordered the Burst of Color bouquet. The ordering process, selection, and delivery was outstanding. Although I wasnt satisfied with the first bouquet I received, the business noticed this and made it right. Honest, fair, and quick. I would definitely order flowers from this business again and recommend it to anyone looking.

Just awful and pathetic!I came into the location at Thomas and about 50th street in Phoenix because I was told (in August when I was looking for a wedding bouquet, the staff wasnt very friendly then) that I could put together my own floral arrangement. My grandmother passed away on March 14th and we are having the funeral tomorrow afternoon and I wanted to assemble a final bouquet of flowers for her burial, something that would come from my heart. When I arrived my mother had already come in and she told me these people are not very nice in here. I spoke to them about being able to make the arrangement and put it together, to which the woman on shift said yes that was fine. I had told them (so did my mom) that this was for my grandmothers funeral tomorrow that she had passed away, and not once did they even say they were sorry for our loss or send any sort of condolences our way.So I selected some of the flowers that (as we were not allowed access to both flower coolers) I wished to place in the arrangement I then asked if I might go into the second cooler to select the foliage and one of the ladies working there was really impolite and said I thought you knew what you were doing, I cant stand here and watch you.To make a long story shorter I put all the flowers back in their respective containers and left, as the employees there made it very clear that they wouldnt assist me in anyway, nor even allow me to use their tools/facilities to do the job myself which I would happily have done.I wont be going back there again ever!

Received dead brown broken flowers and they refuse to refund money. Wanted to redeliver 6 days after, with half a refund!! We went to near by grocery store and got larger more beautiful bouquet for half the price!! Very disappointed!!!!
