Extremely happy with their service. Right from the measurement, helping me to pick the desired style with a comfortable budget till the final walk through, they were very professional. Didn’t make any issues throughout the installation. After installing I saw few areas that weren’t done right, the next day even before I asked them they redid the entire area by themselves. We were wanting to add some color to our yard. After meeting with Tom Martin, their salesman, we chose Green Forever to install some synthetic grass with a borderHis presentation was top notch! He answered all of our questions and was very professional, informative, and patient. He had samples of all the materials offered so we could see and feel everything to make a more informed decision. We signed the contract and set up financing the same day we met with him.The office set up a day for the workers to start about two weeks out and they arrived on time as promised.Jimmy, our project manager, was there that day to clarify with us what the workers would be doing. It only took two days to finish even with a heavy rainstorm passing through!Jimmy came by the Saturday after it was done to take after pictures and to make sure we were satisfied with the install and final results. We were very pleased so he sent an email for us to sign to finalize the contract.We recommend you check this company out for a professional and quick install!

I just had work done with this company. The main reason we had it done is for our dog and to give our backyard at least some color. They had it finished within a day. I do live in Arizona so Im hoping it stands the test of time. The quality is great and so far my dog loves it. Theyre very good at what they do. I would recommend them.

Overall I am very happy with Green Forever. They were polite and careful before entering the backyard so that our dog didnt get out which is greatly appreciated. The install took a couple of days and it looks fantastic, said dog is already enjoying his new grass to run around on. The biggest downside we ran into was some miscommunication over what the range of their work we had agreed to was (thought some additional cleanup was being done with our old brick feature as well) and while I still wish that had happened I will at least give them credit that they were apologetic for the misunderstanding and attempted to reach out with some options but I couldnt justify additional cost. If it werent for the misunderstanding Id have gone with 5 stars but still they did good work and the turf seems great so far so I am happy with my purchase.

From 1st phone call to transformation, these people are 100% the best! We met Andy to go over our needs. He was so patient and explained the entire process. Then we scheduled our day! The day of transformation was finally here. We met Ben first thing in the morning. He went over everything and made sure his team wouldnt run into any issues. When I got home from work our little backyard was absolutely beautiful!! Mom said the crew worked quickly and didnt miss a beat! All the old rock was taken away and we now have a beautiful green backyard. And doggie approved!! My little Hazel rolled and rolled loving the grass! I’m so happy with the work done! This team is fast, efficient, and kept me updated along the process!My backyard was just a dirt lot and my pup wasn’t a huge fan as shown in the before pic. 😂Everyone I worked with in process was great! Tom Martin helped with design and selection of materials process. It was done in person and on site, which was very helpful when you see the outlines marked of what you’re planning.Post the design process the financing/scheduling was a piece of cake! I was expecting the project to start a month or two after the design appointment because of how crazy the housing market is right now. But it was only two weeks later the project was scheduled and started. Project Manager Ben Silva walked through the design again and then his crew got to work!Start to finish of the project was 4-5 days 🙌The entire process took less than 4 weeks! Some of those important factors for me were the pet turf/quality of materials used to make sure it is ACTUALLY is pet resistant, with proper drainage and odor resistant! We had Green Forever replace about 400 square feet of dead, thatched sod with artificial turf. Andy came out, explained the process to us, and gave us an estimate. Four weeks later, Jimmy and his crew got the job done. Everybody was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. We are happy with the end result and would recommend Green Forever.

We bought a new build that didn’t come with a complete backyard, it’s was like looking on the surface of Mars.Corey our salesman came out and we discussed everything. He took measurements and we looked over the materials right then and there. We were unsure of the commitment at that time but was given a quote that would last a certain amount of time so we could discuss and decide later.We finally decided on Green Forever and we were able to apply for financing over the phone. Two weeks later Warren (project manager) came and we discussed everything. They started the same day. They finished in 3 which exceeded my expectations. My backyard is beautiful and my kids love it.

I recently had turf and pavers installed in my backyard because my new rescue dog hated the gravel that came with my recently purchased home.QUICK PROSThe final product is fantastic; zero complaints. You are quoted an all-in price upfront and that price does not change. Green Forever takes responsibility for unexpected things and completes the job.QUICK CONSThe employees are siloed into their individual functions, and cant provide important answers. The final layout design and selection is not precise and changes at multiple points along the way.THE SALEThe first interaction is with the salesman tasked with quoting the job. I received a call prior to the appointment that he would be an hour late. I had nowhere to be, so no harm, but no points for timeliness, though I appreciated the heads up. The seller was nice, understood my need, and made thoughtful recommendations about the layout. When it came time to talk turkey, there wasnt too much pressure, but quite a bit of upselling. The ultimate sales tactic here is to entice you with a bunch of discounts (up to 20% off) but you need to commit that day, so shopping around becomes a challenge. Green Forever is not the most affordable option, so take that into consideration. One frustration is that the seller cant answer any questions about scheduling or installation.THE SCHEDULINGThe next interaction is with the scheduler. She was very nice and competent, and got me scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Once again, I couldnt get an answer to how long it would take to install my yard...from the person tasked with scheduling the installation.THE INSTALLATION PLANThe week-of, the manager contacted me about having the materials dropped off. We agreed to have them left in the alley behind my house for proximity, but this ended up being a mistake. Similarly, he was unable to provide any information about how long the job would take until I see the yard, despite the fact that someone had already been there in-person. On the day of installation, I met with the manager in the morning. He had taken a number of liberties in redrawing the layout that, frankly, missed the mark. We had to spend an additional 30 minutes retracing the plan for the yard, and being more precise with the paver size, gap size, etc. This is a definite area for improvement in the process--either the seller needs to be much more precise with their layout or there needs to be an additional appointment to create a realistic rendering. I felt like we were under the gun in redrafting the layout, as the work crew was waiting to get started. It was also at this point that we discovered my rear gate would need to be raised, or the newly installed turf would prevent me from opening it (my yard was slanted previously).THE INSTALLATIONAfter agreeing to the layout, the job manager left (I wouldnt see him again until the end of the job). Someone arrived to raise the gate the requisite amount...at no additional cost, which I found remarkable. The crew got to work and they were exceptional. That said, there were two areas that could improve: first, they adjusted the size of some of the pavers without consulting me. They ended up looking fine, but it definitely wasnt what I agreed to, and I didnt see it until the entire job was finished, at which point it was really too late to do anything about it. Secondly, in a callback to my note about the alley, the crew spread the leftover quarter minus (dirt) across the alley, which is used by the city for trash collection. I didnt realize this until a few days later when I got a call from the city...yay! When I notified Green Forever, they sent out a crew and corrected the mistake within a few days, but it definitely wasnt ideal. Lastly, I feel that the pouring of the infill was rushed at the end of the work day and they did not do a tremendous job of getting it settled. Its 3 weeks later and my dog still gets covered in it when he rolls around.Hope this helps you make your turf decision!

The office lady was great when we did decide to schedule and and install crew worked hard considering it was 115 outside. The grass came out perfectly level the pavers were straight. We love it!!!

Hands down one of the most unprofessional calls I have had in at least a decade. I informed the rep - Christa I would be unable to be at the location to meet the team due to me not being in az and traveling. I stated I have a team of people empowered to make decisions on my behalf and they can meet to discuss. She stated “that’s not how we work and we won’t bethe company for you.” I have led multi billion dollar sales teams and divisions and believe she doesn’t understand customers, didn’t ask any qualifying questions ad was quickly dismissive on my situation. I cannot make a full review on the entire company but I would surely stay away from this representative as she was a disservice to the company. Due to time constraints on a decisions and without having another quote I was let with no choice but to move forward with a competitor.

Our journey started with Carter, their senior planner who paid a visit to help us decide our backyard in 2020. That in itself was such a great experience, from the planning to their team who did the work and almost a year later the product in itself is so beautiful! We are now getting our front yard planned out and it’s the same 5 star treatment from communication, transparency, honesty, friendliness. Truly greenforever is a wonderful company to go through. If you want a wonderful yard, a job well done and have great customer service and as little headache as possible they are the way to go. Not once did we consider anyone else because of our experience alone but to this day our yard is still just as beautiful as when they completed the job!

We had a great experience with Carter during the layout and quote. He was very informative about everything. Kevin came out and did the walk through the day before the job started. He noticed the measurements were off just a little bit and added his opinion on the situation and we couldn’t have been happier. The finished product looks amazing and we are so happy we decided to do this. We will have some work in the front yard soon and we know who to call when we’re ready!

My wife and I purchased our first home back in June of 2019, and its large backyard was one of the biggest reasons why we picked this particular home. The grass patch in the backyard was also a selling point for us as we have three large dogs. We knew going into buying this home that the backyard had not been regularly maintained for quite some time, and this lack of maintenance left the overall state of the backyard much to be desired. We decided to go the route of artificial turf after speaking with a neighbor about their experience with it. I researched local companies and found Green Forever Synthetic Turf. I was intermediately impressed with their work, their overall rating and their customer reviews. My wife and I scheduled an appointment for a free quote. We were connected with Tom, the representative who quoted us on the job. He was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The financing process was smooth and easy to understand. Kimmie scheduled our install date for us, and the turf was installed within two weeks of when we received our initial quote. Jimmy, the project manager, was courteous and professional. On install day, he arrived early to make sure the job got off to a good start and that we would receive the outcome we were looking for. Geraldo and his crew got to work immediately, and were extremely professional and precise in their work. They also went out of their way to help move some rock for me that I was unable to move due to an injury I sustained in the military. After the crew finished installing the turf they made sure to clean up after themselves, which my wife and I really appreciated. Jimmy and Geraldo also took the time to do a final walk through of the job to make sure we were fully satisfied...and boy were we ever. This company went above and beyond our expectations of what we thought our backyard could look like. Green Forever has given us more than artificial turf...they helped us achieve the kind of backyard weve always wanted, a place where we can play with our dogs and exercise, and most importantly...a backyard where life-long memories can be made.

Our backyard is no longer full of rocks, dirt and dead bushes. Now our babies have fun outside rolling around in their new grass. They go outside every single day instead of every few days. They never liked running in rocks. Even Hoshi (our dog) loves it. Its everything we wanted for them and us. My husband and I even sit outside whenever he is home at night just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Im so happy we did this for all of us. They were very professional and worked within 3 days time. Thank you for taking my drawing and making it come to life. We love it!

We had several companies over to quote our new home purchase. They were the first company out and I’ll tell you what, set the bar very high. Took their time, explained everything, answered every question and followed up once they left with what they said they would do! (Believe it or not, some came and never gave us the actual quote we wanted, waste of time).We chose them and never second guessed it. Look absolutely amazing.

Great job from start to finish. Worth every penny and job was done right even with me being super nit picky! They were responsive and work really hard to design a yard that works for you and your budget! Completed the job in a day and a half! Did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up as well!

Where do I even start! My husband and I have wanted turf in our backyard for the past 2 years, but never knew where to start. I did some extensive research and came across this company and all I can say is WOW! From the moment I called them to the moment they did the final walk through, every person I spoke to and worked with was great! Kimmie got all my appointments set up, Tom did a beautiful work up drawing of our ideas, Matt making sure our ideas were ready to be properly executed, the workers were kind and cleaned up after themselves and Kevin doing the final walk through to answer any questions! The initial quote said the work would take 2-3 days, but the finished it in ONE DAY! How incredible is that?!? Everyone was on time and always in communication. We are very happy with our choice to use Green forever for our back yard make over! From our initial consultation to our final walk through every person we worked with did a great job being punctual and answering our questions. Matt our project manager every sent crews out a few extra times to make sure our 1/4” minus area our our trampoline was compacted and set to our liking. The turf portion of our yard has been fantastic since day one and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Green forever to anyone looking to add turf to their yard!
