This was the ideal motorcycle tire experience. I talked to Chad on the phone and he let me know the status on when the tires I was looking for were available and set them aside for me. I went today (Saturday) to get the tires installed, in and out in under an hour with care and attention paid to proper torque specs, towels to prevent scratching while removing the wheels and double checks on all hardware being in place. I do my own maintenance and always feel a little off knowing that someone else’s work is under me while riding. Watching the team at work eliminated all of those worries and made me feel confident in their work. A perfect example of a shop run by enthusiasts.

A friend of mine referred me to Mototire as I needed a new set of tires fro my GS 700. I called on Tuesday Feb 9th and spoke to Nate and subsequently Chad. They spent time with me over the phone discussing and recommending various brands that had the size and on/off-road capability that I wanted. They ordered that afternoon and thought they may arrive Thursday which they did. I called and they said come on down to the shop. Tires were installed immediately taking less than an hour. All I can say is great, courteous professional service. Excellent experience, very competitive pricing and first class service. Highly recommend if you need motorcycle tires you cant go wrong with this company. Never met Nate but did meet Chad and the was great... friendly, knowledgeable and very customer service focused.

They were able to mount and balance my new tires to the rims for me last minute, but when i put them on the bike, it drove funny, way too much air, made it hard to turn, i almost wrecked on the test drive would have been five stars. i had to remove 15 psi.

Gone here 3 times now. Each time has been a pleasant experience! It was fast service everytime I went. Ill definitely be coming again!

The tires I wanted, at the right price, installed while I waited with no appointment and no delays. What else is there? I checked with a couple other bike tire businesses and one couldnt fit me in for a week, the other didnt carry the brand I wanted. Mototire answered my questions and agreed with my choice given my style of riding. Plus, should you be inclined, you can buy your tires elsewhere and have them installed here. No idea if that might save you money, but for hard to find tires at least it is an option. I will most certainly be returning for my next set of rubber shoes.

Brought them a wheel and a duro tire to mount on my TW200 wheel. They destroyed the tire and the wheel and refused to do anything to make it right...completely hung me out to dry.You decide...

These gentlemen were amazing and honest! I took my KLR in this morning to get new tubes and swap out new tires. Turned out I didnt need new tubes so Eric, if I remember correctly, came to me and told me the situation. Most other shops wouldve not told me and still charged as if it was done! Thank you again Eric and I didnt catch the other guys name! I would highly recommend this shop over the big names!

These guys are amazing!! Not only did they replace my tire and discuss any issues with my bike, but they also gave me tips on riding techniques since its my first bike and Im a right-hand amputee. Their advice saved my poor left finger from having to pull the shorty clutch every time I wanted to shift up, and has made me a better rider. I wont take my bike anywhere else ever again! 💯

Purchased new tires at a great price installed. While installing tires they fixed my kickstand and floorboard assembly that was about to fall off. They didnt charge for those extras. I will be using Mototire in the future. Their service was very quick.

The guys at Mototire are amazing. I agree with many other reviewers that these guys are knowledgeable, quick and very competitively priced on their products and services. What I like most about these guys, Chad, Nate, and Rick are all riders themselves. They arent going to upsell you on something you dont need. Rather they qualify you thoughtfully on what your looking for or what you are trying to accomplish and make recommendations based on your ability or the bike you ride.These are motorcycle guys selling products and services for motorcycle people. I not only had tires and tubes installed in about 20 minutes, I returned the next day after a minor mishap. I needed a new Clutch assembly, rear brake lever and shock covers. They ordered the parts on the spot and told me it would be completed in 48 hrs. It was going to take 24hrs just to get the parts in. You just dont get that level of services from any of the top brand shops in Town, I know because I have been to most of them as a former owner of a Honda, Yamaha, and KTM. This will be a different experience for you, I can assure you. Go see them.

What a joke I was the only customer and it took over an hour to do a 30min max tire change. So they can justify the $100 mounting and balancing charge. I thought it was their first tire change ever till I got the bill. Ill never be takin advantage of by mototire again!
