This guy is a thief do not buy anything from him I ordered a box and never received it and now going to have a file a lawsuit to try and recoup my money. He will not return calls or texts either.

Paid for a box on his website (that is gone now), he e mailed me for my phone number and then nothing. The purchase was on December 10th. Off to Small claims court we go I guess.

Do not do business here. This guy ripped me off for $947 for rzr doors I bought and I never received. He is not returning phone calls or texts.

The work completed for my insurance was sub standard,with bolts being loose, not long enough to go through the locking feature on the nut, brake lines and wiring harness wrapped around the drive line, and modifications to my car without even asking if it was okay. My new cage built by Dean at Gravity has re-used the stock B-pillar and stock bungs. The bungs were cut off my stock cage and re-used. I was under the impression the entire cage would be new, not re-using the old parts from my old cage. I asked for two whip mounts and only got one, when I asked about this I was told I would need to buy a bolt on mount and use that. Customer service is poor and phone call stop being answered once money is in hand. I do not recommend Gravity Motorsports.

Ordered a cage on December 5th. Contacted Dean after Christmas to check progress. Said his crew didnt come back to work after Christmas so he was on his own. I understood that and gave him a break. Beginning January 11th, he would not return calls or respond to text messages. On the 22nd I filed for a refund thru my CC company. Sad. Was hoping for a good result based on personal recommendations, but cant deal with or trust someone who wont even talk to you after they have your money.

Had Dean build me a cage and a storage box for my Rzr. Im extremely happy with how it turned out.

A mans word is everything!Even when you have mishaps of bending and cutting or cc fraud issues the word of the owner should stand on its own.If you say its going to ship by a certain date...ship it.Or just make an effort to call and touch base with the people who keep you in business, the customer. If you say it takes two bolts and only 30 seconds to install or remove.....it should be simple.Maybe some instructions and ALL the hardware the gravity box needs to be SAFELY mounted should be included. The two bolt holes on the bottom of the box were drilled incorrectly about a half inch from the correct spot were they were drilled again. Because of someones mistake, my family gets a weaker mounting area. These TWO bolts were the only mounting location stated by Dean to use. This mount is a receipe for disaster and will not keep this box, cooler, tools or gear etc attached to the vehicle in a roll over or tip over which is common on these vehicles. Knowning that I would have to modifiy the 500 dollar box so it doesnt fly off and kill someone or something, I started looking for solid mounting additions for safety. Looking on the back of the box towards the bulkhead of the cargo space along the bottom I found two more random holes drilled....if it only takes two....why are four holes (well six) present. If they are intended to be used to mount....wheres the hardware. Why not have a simply made one page document with some basic pictures and wording to complete the install and really complete the sale. Looking at listed reviews it seems that Dean provides his local owners with great, honest, safe, and genuine service and thats great to know. Maybe its time to focus on outside sales, customer service, quality control(poor powder coating) and the manufacturing, delivery, and install/hardware issues that are obvious.Now its mounted I will return for another review on its functionality and how it is holding up.

Want to thank Dean for his awesome work on my roll cage for my 2012 rzr xp4. I could not believe how perfectly it bolted up even after traveling across the country. We also purchased a seat package and harnesses from them. The seats are so much more comfortable than the stocks.Once again I truly appreciate everything Dean and his team did in helping us transform our rzr. He was always available to answer any questions I had. If the other reviews are legit I feel bad for them as I could not disagree more with their experiences with Dean compared to mine.
