Joel is absolutely amazing! He is extremely thorough and communicative. This is my first car with Audi and I love it. Joel walked me through the key features of a sedan and suv. Upon pick up, he put a giant bow on my car! After a few days, he follows up to make sure you love your new car. I am beyond grateful to have had Joel’s help throughout this process.

We talked to our sales person before arriving at the dealership to make sure our vehicle was in stock. Our Sales person Lucas was very nice, thorough and straightforward. He took us out on a test drive and walked us through all the tech features during the drive. He answered all our questions. Once we agreed on a price, we had to wait to go through F&I. The F&I guy was pretty painless and moved us through as quick as possible. Everything was digital so that made it easier. He offered us a jump drive with the docs but we don’t have computers with USB ports or adapters so we had to take the old fashioned printed copies. We returned a week later for window tinting. Overall a good experience.

For the past 3 years, Cory Oliver has been our custom service contact for our Audi Q7 maintenance. He is so attentive to our concerns & follows through on all. The perfect car I was looking for was not on the lot when we visited. Ronald Sparazynski was the salesman who greeted us. He found a car on the website and told us it was on its way to the dealership and would arrive in about six weeks. When it arrived, we went in for a test drive. Ron was very informative and explained in detail how to drive the car and what almost every function was for. As we test drove, he continued explaining the features. He has very nice, respectful, and patient with us. We did purchase the car that day and the entire process was smooth and easy. The entire time, Ron made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and efficiency. We left the car to have a paint film applied to the front. A few days later, Ron called and told us he would deliver the car to us, even though we lived 45 minutes away; this was greatly appreciated. Upon delivery, he explained more options on the car and continually encouraged us to contact him if we had anymore questions in the future. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.

I was very upset that Audi changed its policy on loaner cars they only give them out to cars that are 10 model years old so I could not get one with my 2005 Audi. I use to have a 2000 S4 and received many loaners before. It would be nice if they would go back to the old police because the cost of service is very similar on my car vs one that is with in 10 model years.

Internet sales rep Ron was terrific! He was attentive and sensitive to my time constraint the afternoon I went to purchase a used car. Everything was great and smooth until I had to deal with Kari in finance. Now all that needed to be done was singing paperwork and receiving my deposit because I already had the financing taken care of. Kari managed to make a simple transaction difficult. She was rude and acted like my purchase wasn’t important to her. I imagine it would have been a lot more important had I been purchasing a shiny new Audi that cost a lot more than the used car I bought.Ron gets 5 stars! Kari not so much!

We recently went in for our normal service and Stephen takes such good care of our car. We get the best customer service at Audi North Scottdale. After driving the car for a few weeks the check engine light comes on and Stephen says to bring the car in and they will check it out. This is good as my husband has a long drive to Vegas tonight. No appointment needed we brought it in and they ran diagnostics on the car and found it to be a faulty sensor. They didn’t charge us for the 2 hours of labor to do that. They just do the right thing for the customer. Best customer service!

Even though we had no appointment and just walked in, we were immediately warmly greeted by Nelson Alvarez. Even though he was in the middle of waiting for another guest, he took the time to help us find the car we were looking for. And, believe us when we say it wasnt easy (it was Heidi in the shop and he helped find it in the sea of cars they had there). He was very proffesional and never felt like he was pushing us into the car even though we REALLY liked it. He was honest about the car and very informative on the current market (sadly we didnt believe it and wasted our own time because we didnt take him at his word). Went for service work I dont know about buying or sales. I was quoted a price an even called and asked ahead to verify price was what it was going to be for personal reasons. Upon arrival I show up and get charge an additional 130+. For a person living on a budget in these hard times and to be told something out today the blue. Yeah... As mentioned in my previous post that only allowed so many words, This is my 4th Audi and EVERYONE has had to have the water pump replaced. It was even a recall so Audi knew it was bad.An additional $1,500 to replace it does not sit well with me considering Audi knew there was an issue. I believe Audi should have covered this cost knowing the circumstances.

Debby was amazing to work with and the process of getting our 4Runner was extremely smooth this part was 5 stars. Where a star is lost is because the dealership listed the car as a Limited trim but we found out after the fact it was a Premium trim. Price though was still good even with the lower trim than advertised and it still has all the features we were looking for but a bit disappointing that it was misrepresented in the listing especially at this caliber of dealership.

Audi north Scottsdale is one of the best dealer experiences I have ever had. Joel was great with my two kids and made us feel like family. He worked with me on the different options I wanted in my Audi Q3 and was patient with me. I can’t give enough stars to tell you how much this car buying experience was off the charts !!

Spoke with Audi sales about a new 2021 rs7, salesman said its msrp is 141k with a purchase price of 161k. Their website lists this car with only two packages, driver assist and executive (2,500 and 2,250) Base msrp is 114k + packages is 118,750 - not sure where he is getting 141k. A fully loaded rs7 msrp is 149k. This rs7 is literally the basic rs7 model. What on earth would make anyone pay 40k over asking price on this car, when you can build a fully loaded one for less than what this dealership is asking. What a joke! This dealership is a complete waste of time, if you value money and time, stay away from this dealership.

Great service, however when i picked up my vehicle which I was told should be ready by 3, they had just finished detailing the interior so the mats were place in the back trunk cause the carpet was still moist from the cleaning otherwise i wholeheartedly think they did a great job.

This dealership is nice, but the sales guy Gary was awful to work with. He rushed up to me as I got out of my car like a stereotypical sleazy used car salesman. Not at all what I would expect from a luxury dealership. It felt like I was at the other dealerships at FLW where they stalk you to your car. He then left while talking to me to go talk to more customers that just arrived. He talked in circles and sounded like he was full of promises and BS, just trying every tactic in the book. He just gave me a creepy feeling overall and I would never buy a car from him.

1 star because the salesman was east to work with. Management has no interest in customer service though.Bought a used car (yes I know what comes with that) day 2 the car threw a code. It went away on its own so chalked it up to bad gas or something sitting on their lot. Day 4 and 5 and code comes back. Misfire in cylinder 3. Took it back and was subsequently told to f-off by 3 people. Paraphrasing… “you bought a high mileage domestic, expect to pay thousands fixing it” is almost verbatim!I’m not looking for much. Just for them to stand by something they sold for longer than the time it took to write the check. If they would take care of this code I would be happy and walk away. Instead they decide to clear the code and send me home. Code came back on the way home.

Id give zero is I could. Refused to do warranty work, lied to us saying we needed parts we didnt need. Tried to charge $1500 . We went to peoria Audi, they did all the warranty work and charged us zero $$ and the work was done in less than a week.
