Amazing. Got into a fender bender with my brand new truck when someone drove into the side of me. My insurance recommended Capitol Collision and after looking at the reviews its where I went. My truck came out looking like nothing happened! They replaced my fender and touched up my door paint, as well as replacing a part of the suspension and wiper fluid tank that was damaged. Due to my own impetuous behavior. I unfortunately damaged the bumper on my car by hitting a pole for my specific parking area. I didnt want to get my insurance company involved. But did inquire with them about some information in regard to a repair specialist center within my area, whom specifically deals with my insurance company, that could be able to cut me a fair deal regarding price. Well, Capital One is on that list and after reading (AMPLE) reviews, I made my decision and considered giving them a chance regaring working on my vehicle. I was referred to Capitol Collision by my trusty mechanics at 19th Ave Garage so I knew that they would be trustworthy and honest. I was devastated when my Honda Civic was scratched along the entire front bumper. Ronald had my car in within a week and back to me in 6 days looking brand new. I have some minor damage to my fender that Im gonna pay out of pocket to get fixed. As I arrived, Melissa greeted me with a smile and gave me a bottle of water. Which I needed. It was a hot day. Then Rodney came outside and explained the damage and process to get it fixed. He gave me a great price on my estimate that no one has been able to match. Okay, so when I got my car back, it was the cleanest I have EVER seen it, inside and out (and our car is highly used by family and our dog so that was a huge job for them.) Even the tires were cleaned. At first I thought I had the wrong car, seriously. And the work they did to repair my vehicle after the accident was beautiful. It looked brand new. Oh, and they gave me a beverage while I waited (for like a minute) for them to pull up paperwork so I could pay the deductible. Worked the rest out with insurance, no hassles. And they were super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Minor car accident on 12/20/20, my insurance referred me, my jeep was in the shop 2days later. Rodney called me on Christmas eve day, informed me what needed to be done to repair my Jeep.  I was provided a completion date of 1/7/21and right on target, picked up my Jeep on 1/7/21. I took my car to Capital Collision Repair after a driver on the freeway kicked up a large paint can/container that hit my front bumper and hood damaging my front bumper, panel over passenger wheel and leaving paint all over my hood, both side mirrors, bumper, windshield and roof. This was by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. the facility was very clean, including the restroom. The Estimators were very helpful and kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. When I got my car back is was detailed and all the repairs far exceeded what I had expected. My car ended up being totaled out, however, they did assist me with getting my personal belongings and what to submit to insurance to make sure I got the value of the car before I was hit. I went to Capitol Collision on referral and wasnt disappointed!Hugo was my main contact person and he helped me through the entire process. If I could give 0 stars I would. My car had minimal damages and took over 1 month to “finish” but the car was not finished when I was told it was “ready”. The manager, Hugo, then proceeded to blame me for the error. He was very unprofessional and took no accountability. He was full of excuses the entire interaction and was quick to blame everyone else. I refused to leave my car again for who knows how long and don’t trust the manager to do his job correctly…DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Absolutely awesome! Great place to go for body work. They did a great job fixing my car after another driver ran into me. When the rims werent done correctly the first time (they had to be sent out) they sent them back again to have them done properly - which I greatly appreciate. Hugo was wonderful and very helpful. Working in the service industry myself, we always tell our techs to leave the property better than when you got there and this is what Capitol Collision did with my vehicle. The repairs are completely flawless, my car looks like it never got hit and they left my car in better condition than when I took it in. Apparently when they detailed it, they found my daughters missing air pod and put it in my cup holder. I will 100% recommend this place. I hope I dont have to use them again, but if I ever get in another accident - theyll be my go to shop. After my accident (not a very major one), I did some google search for some possible options. I collected quotes from some of the high rated locations around Tempe, Phoenix. Though I did not get a written estimate from Capitol Collision, the verbal estimate was pretty good for me to get going. As they work with State Farm directly, my life was made easier as they handled all the necessary communication with my insurance company, state farm. Hugo gave me a proper estimation of time required (2-3 weeks) and I think i got the car in 10 days. My insurance does not include cost for rental cars so the loaner car they offered me really helped me a lot for those 10 days. The body work is on point and detailed to the extent I wanted. Also the limited warranty gives me a peace of mind if something bad happens for any unknown and unexpected reason. Definitely recommend this place.

I have never before hurt my lovely car but when it happened Capitol Collision was AMAZING through the entire process. Over the two weeks of repairs I got regular updated by email with detailed photos and explanations. Hugo was my point of contact and he was truly the bright point for me. Awesome, exemplary service from start to finish and she is now perfect once again!Side note - I have a performance vehicle with lots of aftermarket products and they handled ordering and installing everything perfectly. The only exception was the front grill came loose with the strut holding the front splitter. A quick phone call and 20 minutes later, they fixed the piece. I would absolutely recommend Capitol Collision to any and everyone!!!!I would love to have them as my regular mechanic!

Capitol Collision did an awesome job with the collision repairs need for my vehicle, you cant tell my vehicle was ever hit by a truck. My experiences with Melissa, Hugo, and Rodney were great, they are professional and courteous. Initially, I called around from a list of shops approved by my vehicle insurance. After speaking with a number of shops, I was convinced just by my interactions over the phone that Capitol Collision was the shop to repair my vehicle. They did a great job staying in contact and giving updates; they are quite busy so I feel you need to have reasonable expectations but they do get back in a timely manner. They did a awesome job answering my questions and I felt they were honest and sincere. As a nice bonus, they even cleaned my vehicle. I cant speak to their pricing as I only paid my deductible, but based solely on the workmanship and customer service. I will definitely look into them for future vehicle needs and I recommend you do the same.

Rodney made sure to get everything done and get my car fixed and bow it looks brand new in the front. There customer service is great definitely going back to get the rest of my body work done.
