Eclipse took care of my car after a recent accident this summer. I was actually approached by an employee who was off work, Danny, at the scene of my accident. He gave me a card and talked to me about the services offered, including a free tow.Figured it was my lucky day, right? Best worst case scenario timing anyways.Eclipse took excellent care of my car. They worked with the insurance to ensure every possible issue that could be fixed due to the accident, was taken care of and not overlooked.Eclipse cleaned and repaired my car in a timely manner and made it looks better than before my accident.10/10 would recommend the service here, but only if you like good service by people who want to help you.

I found this place just through googling and looked at all the reviews, so I decided to give it a try. They give me a quota on how much the cost would be to fix my dent and they did not disappoint. Getting my car back looking brand new was the most amazing part, they did everything they said they would and more and I couldn’t thank them enough… Will go back if anything ever happens again.

Rafael & the mechanics (whose names I didn’t get) were great! They looked out for me and saved me from paying the ridiculous dealership prices as well as beating my other mechanics price. I definitely recommend as Rafael also kept me updated with everything as well!

Have used Eclipse for a number of years for various auto body repairs. Excellent quality and excellent price. They recently did a great job on my 1999 F150 that had numerous paint chip dings. Matched the paint perfectly also found a replacement exterior mirror and detailed the vehicle. Only has 41k miles on it and it looks like new. Very reasonable price. 10/10 rating!Additional from today 10/14/2021: had problems with our power seat in Ford Explorer. Ford dealer in town wanted a small fortune to repair it. Took the Explorer to Eclipse because of our past excellent service at Eclipse. They did the job at considerable lower price and did an excellent job. They worked hard to find a reasonable solution and fixed the power seat. 10/10 service, professionalism, and workmanship.

Very unhappy all they needed to do was replace the door and the back bumper spots and fingerprints on clear coa new scratches which they try to cover two of them up with clear coat one new one I guess they didnt notice car was extremely dirty when got when I got it back also there was the white powdery substance they use for something, was all over the inside and outside, they didnt bother trying to clean that up either note it was clean when I dropped it off 15 days prior

I was a wreck and my car was too. These people made sure I was taken care of and even represented on my behalf to my insurance whom was over-riding me and trying to avoid giving me the coverage I had paid for, ensuring I had a rental car that picked me up from the shop and kept in communication with me throughout the process. They went above and beyond. My car looks new in all the repaired areas and they have gained a customer for life!

I was in an accident with someone without insurance, and didn’t have collision insurance myself, so I had to pay out of pocket to get my car back on the road. Sam and his crew were not only attentive but they gave me a great price and finished the work in half the time so I wouldn’t have to keep taking the bus. I cannot say enough GOOD about Eclipse Auto Body. They not only repaired the damages I requested but also took the dings out of two other areas. They were timely in getting my car repaired and even had it detailed for me. They provided me with a ride when I dropped it off and to pick it up when completed. They were awesome to work with and the workmanship is wonderful

Igor the new owner & Sam Manager are super professional, my car was in an accident, I was referred to them by my insurance &couple of friends who used them before and took the car there in the morning for initial damage estimate & a repair quote, after conducting a through search from few other bodyshops in the valley and scottsdale area I found their price to be most realistic with the promise of quick and professional repair so car could be back in the road since I use my car for work I couldnt afford long repair waits.Igor the owner personally called me few hours after I had left to let me know that Geico insurance appraiser for damage estimate is there doing other cars so I wasted no time and took the car there upon y arrival the car was checked on spot by my insurance representative, he estimated the damage and wrote a check on spot!!! now thats speed Ive never seen that level of professionalism from a repair / bodyshop which are committed to their clients. My car was repaired & was back on the road within a few days whereas other bodyshops estimated 3 times longer repair time.... on top of everything they paid my deductible & called for my loaner rental car! all done within less than joule of hours!!! I will take my other cars for bodywork & will highly recommend them to anyone!

Dale has always taken great care of us. For instance, Honda wanted to charge us $1500 to replace a tiny module. Dale took a look at it and ended up resetting the module instead and it only cost about $200 for the diagnostic time to determine that was truly the source of the problem. Dale also fixed our Camry after getting totalled in a car accident for less than half what the insurance company said it would cost.

Just left the car, lets see how it goes. so far so good.

Ive never had a better experience at a body shop. Sam went above and beyond for my wife and I when we wrecked our car. I have nothing but pure disgust for this shop! I took my buick there after I got rear ended and they did a terrible job fixing it. They just used the same old bumper and unevenly splashed paint all over it. It had drips and runs all over the back end. My back sensors were unevenly covered over and the bumper didnt line up right. I took it back and they agreed it looked bad and agreed to fix it. They put scratched up non matching sensors in. The bumper still had runs all over it. The bumper was also still uneven. They agreed it still looked bad and agreed to fix it a third time. Then I kept calling for over two months and they kept blowing me off and saying they were too busy. Or they just wouldnt answer the phone. So I finally came in and asked about it and they promised me it would get done the next day. I dropped it off the next day in the morning and came back that afternoon only to hear that they would need more time. So I had to get a rental car. I finally got the call that it was redone days after they were supposed to have it redone. When I get there I see the bumper color is completely different from the rest of the car, there is still dents in the bumper, the sensors are smeared over, there is still runs in the paint, and there is new scratches on the car. I argued with them and Dale agreed to pay another shop to fix it. Then the next day he said he decided not to and that he was done with me! Disgusting! Dont take anything here! Not if you value your time or possessions! Dont go to eclipse auto. Dale gave me the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy. If I could give this review zero stars I would.

I went and picked up my van from them on Friday and I was completely unsatisfied. My broken pieces of the van were placed in the back of my van, black and greased handprint stains and smudges were all over my seats, dashboard and steering wheel, my vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke when the air was turned on, passenger side door was not fixed- window didnt go up or down, door wouldnt lock causing the automatic locks to flick 3-4 times every time you went into drive and reverse, under the hood looked as if it was sitting in the middle of a sandstorm for a month, not all parts that were broken under my hood were fixed, and the cherry on top of everything else is when we got home and first went and popped the hood there was a set of tools sitting on top of my engine. I will NEVER go back to them or recommend anyone to them. This was my first and last experience with them. Dont go here look for a better place. I wish i would have just went through my insurance and payed the deductible then go through this mess and still having to get my vehicle finished elsewhere because they didnt finish their job when vehicle was done and ready for pickup.

Whoever answered the phone just now seemed rude. I almost just hung up since he had an ugly tone asking questions as to what I needed done. Even if the price was great, Id still wouldnt even bring my business here with that kind of attitude on the first impression. UNPROFESSIONAL.
