In previous accidents back in West Virginia I have always been disappointed in the quality of work done on cars.James & the team definitely do an exceptional job.My car was returned in immaculate shape, to the point where you would have no idea about the previous damage that was done.

Had some minor bodywork done on my vehicle. They also needed to repaint where the damage was. When I received the car after it was completed, I was amazed of how perfect the damage was repaired. There was no sign that there ever was damage. I showed several friends and they were blown away by the expert attention given to my car. I will definitely recommend this business. I don’t always plan on visiting a collision repair shop, but if I ever need to again I will forever come back here.

Update - windshield replaced! They sent a technician to my house and replaced it there so I didn’t have to come back. Thank you!Took a month to buff out some bumps and scratches in my Tesla. I get some of that wait time is on insurance but still. I finally go to pick up car and there’s a 3 foot crack in the windshield. Why call me if there’s something new wrong with the car. It was not there when i left it. It’s been 6 days since with no eta on repair of the windshield. If it’s resolved I will update this review but for now i am not happy. Everyone at this shop was courteous and easy to work with. The repair took longer than expected because of a hard to find part, so they gave me a loaner. The process, overall, was painless. When I picked up my Jeep, it was so clean I almost didn’t recognize it! I swear, they even detailed the interior! Great job, guys. Five stars, for real!

Ive never been in an accident before so it was a little unnerving for me as to who to choose and how to get it done but my insurance company allowed me to choose my own repair shop and it was the Colter Nissan fix Auto Phoenix,they kept me in the loop the whole way through when they found things they called before they improved it everything was just so quick so fantastic so in the loop with me knowing everything which is surprising cuz I didnt think anyone did that anymoreI was really really happy with the timeliness of the repairs. of course it took a week because theres weekends so we have to do that but that was fine Im going to pick my car up now and hopefully all this wonderful thing that I discovered with this company is is true. talk to you later when I drive it and check it all out and see whats what as for now though I am rating them with five-stars. they keep you in the loop they get the job done.thank you so much .

My car was hit on 11/02/19 and took it to Fix Auto on 11/07/19 and received a quote. It was being covered by someone else’s insurance and had to wait till 11/11/19 to have it looked at by the insurance co.I then took it back to Fix Auto on the same day.Scott told me it could take up to two weeks due to having to deal with the insurance company. Fix Auto took me to my car rental. Which was really helpful. I then received a call on 11/14/19 and Scott left me a message saying it was ready to pick up. I came in and picked it up. Had my front bumper replaced correct some damage that happened in a parking lot. The quality of the work was perfect and the Bodyshop was able to accommodate the special aftermarket parts without any problems. Excellent people to deal with and excellent quality work.
